GoogleI was very happy! Sophie really helped me through the process, going above and beyond to get us settled in and sorted. In particular there were occasions where she made a point of showing me the quirks of the house to help me think through both the pros and the cons, rather than just pushing me to make an offer and move in. I really appreciated it, and I can understand why Martyn Gerrard has such good reviews.
