GoogleDuring our recent search for a flat to let in Highgate / East Finchley, we dealt with over 10 local agents. MG were by far the most proactive in getting details of suitable properties to us to consider. Particular mention goes to Lyle Morgan at the East Finchley branch: Lyle has been friendly, calm and courteous throughout the process, and got us the crucial early viewing on the property we eventually went for. Googleif you want to have the worst rental property experience of your life, this is the place to go. deception, theft (we were cheated of 500 pounds), ignoring requests, unprofessional behavior of agents and MANAGERS. I never advise anyone to contact this agency.
We must point out there was no deception or theft. We have great sympathy with the situation you are in and understand why you are getting angry, but you are ignoring the legal position, which we and your landlord have NO control over. The tenancy was taken by FOUR tenants each jointly responsible to uphold the terms of the tenancy agreement. We understand why you believe that by moving out the tenancy and your responsibility has ended, but this is NOT the legal position. While one of the four tenants remains at the flat the tenancy has NOT ended, and your obligations remain. Please understand ours and your landlords’ hands are tied. Without vacant possession, i.e. EVERYONE moves out of the flat, the tenancy agreement remains in force. We will continue to help and do what we can. In the meantime, we strongly recommend you take independent legal advice to hopefully understand your position better.

GoogleAgend did not show up - we tried to call but no answer. After we walked to the office to ask what happened, they were quite rude and did not apologise or care. Please avoid if you want to find a flat and be treated with respect.
Hi Maximilian, We apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our negotiator who was scheduled to meet you at the property is currently on holiday for a week, so we’re unable to question. According to our records, he was at the property at the scheduled time, but clearly, something went wrong. Our office is reaching out to you to see if we can re-arrange a new appointment.
