GoogleHad a great renting experience. I haven't even arrived in the UK yet but got everything done remotely. Jack is very responsive, patient and very helpful throughout the whole renting and reference check process. We are not familiar with the procedures in the UK and Jack explained to us clearly.

He did not pressure us, or at least we did not feel pressured. He saw the deal through to exchange and i would recommend him to any potential purchasor or seller.

GoogleLyle was great during our flat hunt and letting process. The landlord / management company ended up being a huge stickler on a variety of issues but Lyle went to bat for us when he thought a charge was unfair and was super communicative even into the evening. Made our relocation to a new country a lot smoother than otherwise could’ve been.

In particular there were occasions where she made a point of showing me the quirks of the house to help me think through both the pros and the cons, rather than just pushing me to make an offer and move in. I really appreciated it, and I can understand why Martyn Gerrard has such good reviews.

GoogleAfter a last minute cancellation of our tenancy, three days before moving into the place after having completed referencing and being ready to go, we were able to find a property through Sophie at Martyn Gerrard which was the perfect fit for us! The communication has been consistent and it's so much easier to get in touch with them compared to other agencies out there. Would absolutely recommend looking through Martyn Gerrard again!
