They are helpful, knowledgeable and have both worked immensely hard through what was an arduous transaction in order to steer it to a successful conclusion. It is also worth mentioning that all the staff in the commercial department are charming on the phone. They are friendly, answer calls in a timely manner and always ensure that messages are given to the intended recipient with accuracy.
