Just recently sold my house with Donald ross, this is my 3rd time using their services,and from the offset the service and professionalism had been first class .no matter how many times I had to get in touch the girls were amazing,and always available to chat. Jacqueline and Frazer have always been so professional with me ,and go above and beyond to help me with my move. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to move .

Selling property isn't always easy. You can either go for one of the 'cheaper' options or go for a quality service like Donald Ross. You might get lucky with the cheaper agents, but there is no need for luck if you sign up with Donald Ross. They are professional, thorough and they work tirelessly to market and sell your property. Definitely not the cheapest, but I wouldn't sell with anyone else.

From a base point of not having any idea how to proceed when I suddenly was faced with selling my parents' home, Donald Ross stepped in and did everything seamlessly. I need not have worried - they are very professional and they really know their business. They led me through the process, explained everything and communicated with me at all stages. I was also encouraged to phone them with any questions or concerns I had. My parents' house sold in three days for a very good price, without me even having to go to a closing date, so a great result for me and my family. I can highly recommend Donald Ross and their staff to anyone.

After 6 months of viewing houses, submitting ever increasing offers, and still loosing out, we took the advice of Helen Hunter, and went for it, with the house we have now successfully bought. Advise, and feedback have been excellent, from all at Donald Ross, either face to face, or on the phone. So much better than all the others, where we missed out. We now have the house, and location, we have been looking for all this time. Actually glad now, that we did not get the other houses. A very positive experience. Thank you!

I have previously used Donald Ross for their estate agent services and always been impressed with their professionalism. This is the first time I’ve used their letting agent services. Whilst they may not be the lowest cost option, the services they’ve provided to me as an overseas landlord, unable to get back to give any on site assistance due to Covid, have been above and beyond my expectations. Every step of the process in preparing the property for rental, has been dealt with efficiently and professionally, with good communication, when needed. I would highly recommend their services!

We have had a wonderful and quick experience with Claire at Donald Ross. We had put in a verbal offer before even viewing a house, the client wanted us to view it first so that’s what we did. Claire met us at the property, let us take as much time as we needed then had a chat with us about our offer. An hour later she was calling us to say our offer had been accepted and we are over the moon to start our new adventure! Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Both Gavin and Maureen provided exceptional service from the very beginning to the end of the selling process as they both provided us with great advice and regularly kept us up-to-date. They were always on the other end of the phone to answer any of our questions, no matter how silly they seemed (especially for first-time sellers like ourselves). The whole process was done as efficiently and well-executed as you would hope when selling your home and we will definitely be recommending them.

This is invaluable when buying and selling a property. They are passionate about every house they sell and very evident that they work as a tight and strong team. They have been highly professional, approachable, friendly and very respectful during all stages of our selling process. They communicated with us constantly which alleviated any anxiety.
