Always used Donald Ross for renting and never had any issues with their service! Fiona is amazing and made our most recent move so easy, especially during a pandemic. Couldn’t have been more helpful and made everything so straightforward when it can be a very stressful time! Thanks again, can’t wait to get our keys now 😊

TrustpilotReview by a buyer
We were buyers so not paying for Donald Ross’ services. I found them well organised and professional. In comparison to other agents they were the best of the bunch to deal with as a buyer. Special mention to Tracey for her friendly, professional approach and responding quickly to our questions.

GoogleSlightly disappointed to find out that house I had advised Donald Ross Kilmarnock I was interested in was sold without a return phone call and after leaving two messages! Only found out when I checked listings on Rightmove. Not very professional despite all the great reviews.

TrustpilotSold in 3 days!!
The service we received from James and the staff and Donald Ross was absolutely flawless throughout the full journey, helping us successfully sell our home after 3 days well above the asking price. We agreed a deal that suited both parties and the journey couldn’t of been any smoother. Highly recommend using James Gibson at Donald Ross if you are looking to sell your home quickly and without any hassle.

TrustpilotExcellent Experience
My experience of Donald Ross has been absolutely excellent. The quality of their photos and brochures, the data and insights that Fraser could provide me on local market trends and the marketing strategy was very impressive. His colleagues handling the processes around both the Sale and the Purchase I was making with them through the same chain were so efficient, friendly and made the experience stress-free. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them.I would highly recommend, they have demonstrated very strongly how excellent the service that they provide is.

TrustpilotI found working with Donald Ross Ayr a good experience
I found working with Donald Ross Ayr to sell my property to be a straight forward process. The staff were friendly and helpful and once I accepted an offer the staff explained the next steps until completion really well. The only negative aspect was not being informed that if Donald Ross were to do the viewings there would be a £20.00 charge per viewing I think that this should be explained up front so that the seller knows all the costs before choosing an agent.

TrustpilotDonald Ross Residential Ayr
Donald Ross Residential had already sold our house and our experience in dealing with all members of the team was superb.(please see previous review selling our property) Therefore, we found buying a property being sold by Donald Ross Residential quite straightforward as all our details were on file. I found Maureen & Will very helpful when I rang to ask questions about property and we were also able to view property again once missives were concluded accompanied by Kirsty.

FacebookFrom first contact about wanting to sell our property, Donald Ross kept in contact with a wee call every month to 6 weeks to see how our situation was coming along, they were always very helpful, you know you could contact them for information. That is what draw me to using them.
