Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

His professionalism is without question, and I felt well supported and kept well informed throughout the process. It is refreshing to find an estate agent who can hold his own and get results without resorting to the bluff and bravado of lesser estate agents. Highly, highly recommended.

I am grateful for their assistance, liaising constructively with all parties concerned on a daily basis until the case was brought to a satisfactory conclusion. It was a difficult case to deal with not least because of the awkwardness of buyer's solicitors and their unprecedented enquiries. We really enjoyed working together with Andrew C from the Kensal Rise office on the house we just bought. He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track. As first time buyers the whole process can be quite overwhelming so we really appreciated his open and honest advice.

hello , it is a pity that you can't even answer your customers' questions, since you look so high quality. And this discrimination you have done is very bad, those who receive dss and ask you some questions you don't even care, I mean, if we get help, we can't rent a house? And won't we get an answer ? I rented with Winkworth for three years and then ended my tenancy. As soon as I requested my deposit, my letting manager stopped responding to me and I have not heard anything in a month since I moved out despite constant chasing and have started a formal complaint process.
