wish I could leave zero stars. We dealt with Shanara and before Gilberto (same old issues seems to be a branch issue). This agent is an absolute nightmare. We reported a leak from the flat they manage above us on November in W3. Since the slowest of slow actions. Every time we ask for updates, they respond with defensiveness and outright abrasiveness. All the tenants who live in the property they manage also complain of how slow they are. At one point, they admitted they were slow to act but now, they’re hiding behind their client on moving things forward. Their lack of action poor communication with their contractor has caused extensive damage and even their tenants mention how slow they are, and they don’t care. Avoid them at all costs. It’s also funny Winkworth were the agents who acted for the vendor when we purchased the flat and were terrible then too.

Excellent communication and progression service instrumental in ensuring we secured our forever home

From viewing our first house, to finding our forever home, John knew exactly what we were looking for. He did a great job communicating with us and the vendors and we always knew where we stood throughout the process. The team at Winkworth work as one, as demonstrated by Guy who was the one who communicated our offer to the vendors in John’s absence. During the conveyancing process, the team excelled at liaising with all parties in the chain and Guy was instrumental in ensuring successful completion before Christmas. We would not hesitate to use Winkworth in the future, their service stood out compared to other estate agents we have dealt with.

Would definitely recommend! They didn’t bombard me with calls and emails about flats that didn’t suit my search, unlike 19,693 other estate agent’s I’d been in touch with before. Huge shoutout to Shabana who helped manage the process from start to finish, she understood what I was looking for and never suggested any outlandish shoebox studios. Changed my outlook on estate agents to be honest, would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for an elite agent. I am a landlord in the Willesden Green area many years and would like to give a positive review of the superb service I receive from the Winkworth. The team in the Kensal Rise and Queens Park office are always extremely supportive and always on hand to provide guidance especially with the current changes in the private rental sector. This service extends to dealing with any maintenance issues, prompt statement sending and tenant changeover, so basically the whole package for a landlord. Avoid this agency if you value your…

Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.
