GoogleIf you ever decide to seek Northfields in assistance to find a property, ask of Gabriele (working in W5 and West London) In 10 years living in London, he has been the most trustable agent ever, always super involved and there for you in every step of your purchasing. He also nailed all the requirements I had for my house, and never wasted time into going to see a property I didn't like. Absolutely amazing!

GoogleI'd specifically like to commend Alessio at Northfields, he has been extremely helpful from the moment we arranged a viewing to the date of moving in. And has gone above and beyond to help me out with an issue of an item delivered before we'd even moved into our new flat. As an agent they've been highly professional and provided us with all the necessary documents. From our experience so far, I would recommend them if you're looking for a new place to live.

GoogleAlessio really helped me when I was moving out of my flat that I rented via Northfields. Whilst moving can be pretty tricky in general with lots of things to manage, Alessio took care to help me with a few major things, which really made my move easier and smoother than it would have been without his help. When finding my property to move in to over 2 years ago Northfields were also very fast in securing my tenancy at a time when I needed to move quickly. I have had a lot of dealings with property management during my time in the property, and, the issues were generally sorted fairly quickly and without too much ado. My experience as a tenant was a good one, and having worked in the industry for almost 20 years (never for Northfields) I know that the job requires the juggling of a lot of balls at any one time, so I am grateful for all the help I received from Northfields during both the run up to my tenancy and for its duration. Thank you.

GoogleFor my move from Ireland to london I arranged a viewing with Alessio Varricchio. He was friendly, helpful and full off information which would help make our move simpler. He also met us at his office and took us to our different viewings, as we were only around for a short space of time to view properties this was wonderful. Excellent service and I wold recommend Alessio!

Alessio presented our case to the landlord on our behalf which we were very appreciative for and we never got the feeling of being a burden on Alessio with our many queries. GoogleI have used services of Northfields Estate Agent's Northfields Branch and my property sale transaction was supported by Abraham Oomen and Josh Glanville. Each and every piece of advice they gave me was worth as gold. They advised and actioned in my best interest and made it possible for me to sell my property and buy a house of my choice. I did not experience the same with any other agency within whole of Ealing. All Northfield team are true experts and professionals and no one knows the area better then them. I will give them 10 starts not five.

GoogleWe highly recommend the Northfields sales team have been extremely impressive over the past seven months when they have acted for us in the sale of our apartment in Southall. The apartment had been purchased as an investment however, although the apartment itself was in good repair, the common areas were not which made the sale particularly difficult. The Northfields team arranged numerous viewings, were always proactive and kept us up to date with regular feedback. A number of times, they went far beyond that which we would have expected. This was in marked difference to the approach to that of our previous estate agents.

GooglePatchy. A professional veneer disguises some rather sharp practice. I'm afraid I was given less than 24hrs notice and some hectoring by email to accede to a survey on my rental flat being sold by my landlady. Stood my ground to disallow access but put under undue pressure. Not the high standards claimed. Edit. I would recommend looking at the number of reviews of reviewers here and the unreasonable mentioning of agents names before assuming all of these high ratings are real reviews. Draw your conclusions though.

GoogleAVOID BY ALL MEANS After finding a flat matching my requirements, I gave Northfields a call to arrange a viewing. I was asked many personal questions, clearly irrelevant to the property I was trying to see, had to explain in details why I wanted to move out from my current flat, discuss my work position ,travel distance and means of communication to get there etc. I was even told that without giving my full address, postcode, email address and telephone number I would not be able to book any viewing. I put up with all of that, because the flat was looking very promising. Ten minutes had passed, and I was finally able to make a booking. The person I spoke with texted me within an hour asking to confirm the viewing by an email. I did. The very next day ,early in the morning I received two missed calls from the same gentlemen asking to re-confirm once more. I had specifically asked not be contacted on the phone, however I still got back to him and confirmed the viewing once more. The same scenario occurred on the following day, this time a young lady was trying to reach me to "confirm" the viewing. Only two hours after speaking with her, I received a text message from another agent - clearly asking to, yes, you've guessed it: "confirm the viewing" . First time in my life I was feeling like someone involuntarily participating in a Monty Python's sketch. This morning, after my fifth confirmation I headed to the agreed location. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called the agency once more, and was instructed to enter the building and wander around a little, hoping to stumble across another agent who at that time was assisting another customer. Only then I finally was able to see the flat. I liked it. I liked it a lot. I'd love to take it. However taking into account how I've been treated, being pushed around like that, the amount of incompetency I had to tolerate, it's beyond me. I consider myself a professional ,and can't picture myself paying anything to an agency with such a low standards and complete lack of respect to their own customers. Tomasz Golowacz

We always do a full registration and ask all the questions that entails to ensure that we know who we are showing round our clients' properties as well as to ensure that we are not showing you something unsuitable. It also helps us to establish if we can offer you anything else that fits your criteria. We then try to ensure that appointments are confirmed (by text if we are unable to do so by phone) so that people do not miss out on viewings. This is especially important on block viewings which we hold on Saturdays where we meet at the property and not in the office. We're sorry that on arrival you thought no-one had shown up but the viewing had actually already begun at the agreed time. Fortunately we were able to join you almost straight away. We're really pleased to hear that you liked the property.
