Northfields have been fantastic from the outset. The team consisted of Abraham Oommen and Edyta Pruszynska along with Amir and Rebecca. Abraham and Edyta were professional and friendly and always communicated information speedily so that things could be sorted out without delay. I was impressed with Abraham Oommen on the initial visit. I did not know Northfields; they had been recommended to me. From the start the company inspired confidence and I felt that the whole process was in good hands. I was particularly impressed that Abraham took time to call in and talk to me when my buyer was negotiating over the offer price. Edyta has been consistently hardworking and focused; she is naturally good with people and I really appreciated her expertise and good humour. This cannot be underestimated when you are selling your house- it can be a stressful time. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough. All in all, I would recommend the team at Northfields; you won’t find a better estate agent.

With a completion that seemed to have no end in sight due to solicitors procastinating, Alejandro at the Northfields branch worked tenaciously and was tireless with great efforts to ensure the sale went through. His constant updates on the conveyancing progess were greatly appreciated which he saw through to completion. Northfields found a buyer very quickly for my property and Alejandro made himself very useful with great communication through the entire process. My partner and I were looking to rent in the West London area and we had viewings booked with the Northfields avenue branch. The staff are amazing At what they do, they are very knowledgable about the area and the properties that were of interest. When going to take a look around the properties Aimee was fantastic, made me feel relaxed, friendly and had good conversation in between viewings. Nothing has been too much trouble. Excellent communication via phone and email from the team (Matthew, Aimee and Marion), they kept me and my partner fully informed throughout! Definitely can recommend going with this team of people if you are looking to rent!

I would like to say thank you to Matt Gurkin at the Northfield’s office, whom has gone beyond his call, in finding a suitable home for my family and I. Just the other day he took us to two viewings at 19:10, and had signed off the clock at 18:00 He’s always responsive in our communications, respectful, patient and tireless. Overall I’ve had a good experience with all the other staff from the office. Again I’d like to point out that Matt is definitely a feather in the cap, and it’s refreshing to see a young person so dedicated to his work. We used a number of estate agents during our search for a new place to live, but the professionalism and hard work shown by Alessio was second to none. He listened carefully to our requirements, negotiated professionally and was always contactable throughout our search. He was knowledgeable about both the areas in which the flats were located and was also able to discuss and answer questions about each property we viewed in detail, which surprisingly cannot be said for other estate agents we've used. We recently sold our house in London and were extremely impressed with the service we we received from Abraham and team. As if selling a house is not complicated enough, we were trying to do it from Los Angeles and that caused its own problems (not least the time difference of 8 hours meaning our days had minimal overlap where we could actually speak). Despite this Abraham was always on hand to answer or quickly return a call to speak with us. We also hit a few bumps along the road of our sale (nothing to to with Northfields) and again Abraham was on hand to offer great advice and guidance through the process.
