It's rediculus how many person questions they ask just to book you in for a viewing. Honestly, it shouldn't be difficult to make an apoinment just for a viewing! You made me feel very uncomfortable on the phone. I understand giving person information when signing a contract but just for a viewing ? You just lost a client and I will tell my friends to not use your services.
