Northfields have been very professional in their approach dealing with a long term let - recently arranged. They’ve kept me in the loop with all the communication at all times. Alessio was our first point of contact who is very professional and patient in his approach at the same time looking at the best interest of all parties along with being very very helpful. Special mention to Gabrielle who has been so enthusiastic, approachable with a can-do attitude and has been extremely helpful throughout this process :)

It was an absolute delight to work with Rohan. We were looking to purchase a house in the Northfields area and Rohan was our primary point of contact at Northfields. Some people may think it's a crazy idea to sell your house in the middle of a global pandemic, but that's what we'd decided to do! From the very first Zoom meeting/valuation with Abraham, I had a good feeling about Northfields Estate Agents. They were incredibly professional from the start and were very Covid safe. They always turned up on time for viewings and had all the correct PPE. They have a great portfolio of buyers and our house on Hessel Road sold pretty quickly. We are delighted yet again with the level of service delivered from Northfields Estate Agents and in particular Amir Ouri. We have sold 2 properties and rented 2 properties with Northfields and have been overwhelmed with their degree of detail, supportive infrastructure, willingness to champion their customers property and level of professionalism. I choose not to use any other estate agents in the area due to poorer service historically with competitors. Today, we completed on selling a flat in W7, West Ealing. Amir was instrumental in taking the stress out of often a difficult selling experience. He has many excellent attributes that helped facilitate this process including being polite, informative, respectful, knowledgable, honest and an excellent communicator. Amir spearheaded the sale of our property and kept us informed regularly in detail by both email and phone - this was several times per week - I found this particularly reassuring as a busy professional and received regularly updates about property viewings, feedback from potential buyers and progress during the eventual sale. I felt again that I had received a very personal service and have no dealt that Amir's high degree of professionalism and customer service is the standard he delivers to all. Many thanks for all your help Amir and without your drive and level of oversight of this sale, this would have been a much more traumatic experience. Additionally, Abraham, Amir's colleague, was also fantastic, and seems to underpin the excellent ethos of Northfields as an estate agent. They will continue to solely manage our property related business in the future and there is no better in Ealing and the abutting areas.

If you are starting a search in London - or sick of the terrible service at other agencies - give Alessio a call. He will do his best to find you a great place in a professional, un-intrusive and comprehensive manner while making sure you find your feet in a very difficult housing market. I was moving internationally and had no idea what the London rental market was like. Not only was Alessio great at finding me a bunch of cool apartments to look at - he helped me flesh out an understanding of the whole process and what I would need. Explaining what references mean, how to establish credit worthiness, what is council VAT, and a host of other issues I had no idea about! He had a great knowledge of Ealing and Northfields - recommending several places that were great commutes to my school and steering me away from places that would have taken 2-3 times as long to get there. Importantly, he asked for my budget - and didn't try to exceed it with every offer he sent (unlike other agencies). In fact, most of them where a little below. Also, he was incredibly professional - getting back to me in a timely manner, checking on my housing search periodically (but not too often), and was always willing to chat. Most other agencies are hard to get response from and seemed offended when I rejected their apartments (was told-off several time for being unrealistic). Alessio was incredibly nice and never bothered if a place wasn't right for me. I was also planning on doing a facetime tour and taking a place before I saw it in person - he gently explained why that was a bad idea and convinced me to wait until I arrived before locking myself into a year long contract. While I did not end up signing with a place from Northfields - it had nothing to do with his performance or the quality of their rentals. My classes are all at another campus where the commute doesn't quite work from Northfields! Luckily I waited to get here (as per his advice) and didn't lock myself into a multiple hour commute every day. Again, If you are looking for a place in London, give Alessio a call. I honestly don't think I would have found the place I did without his advice. Thanks!

The sales team at Northfields are extremely hardworking and professional. We mainly dealt with David Orpin, who was very diligent and proactive. We encountered a number of difficult hurdles in our sale but David worked hard to keep it on the right path. He is very dedicated and was even corresponding with us when he was on holiday. We also spoke a lot with Abraham and Edyta, who are both also top class and offered very good advice. All of them managed to line up a lot of viewers to see our flat and always gave us good feedback afterwards. Josh is a superb agent, supportive and helpful. when one is looking for a home, the mental process is quite exhausting and to be hit with countless questions whilst you are viewing a property is disconcerting and distracting. Many agents do this but not Northfields. Josh is very in tune with his home viewers and does not do this. He allows one to take the lead in what support the home viewer needs in arranging mortgage etc. He allows the home viewers mental space to view the property, is not pushy and hence once feels they are with an agent they trust. recommend these estate agents.

It was a tough few months searching for a place to live after we get married, we looked high and low heheh with a number of different estate agents. Once we saw Northfields i thought they would be the same as all the others, but no, they seem to have a great team on board who genuinely want to help, and their property list is good quality. We worked with Alejandro who did everything quickly whilst being informative and without any jargon- he should have his own moto "smooth sailing". Alejandro was a pleasure to work with, everyone at the agency is so nice and cheery and this feeling just helps in making the process of buying a house less daunting. So happy to have had Alejandro's help with buying our 1st home! He was able to put us at ease whilst answering our many questions including giving me some terminology break down hahaha!
