GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Northfields Estate Agency. In particular Edyta and Abraham from the Northfield Avenue office. Edyta went out of her way to find me a property and recommended a place that I would not have thought of and consequently loved! It was a difficult and stressful time, yet Abraham and Edyta were supportive, proactive, professional and personable. Lovely people to deal with, who will get the job done. Recommend to all house hunting and selling.

GoogleWhen our original buyer pulled out due to coronavirus worries, Abraham and the team were straight into action as the market opened up and within 10 days we had a new committed buyer, and we exchanged about six weeks later;.
So pleased that everything turned out well, it's been a tricky time, but we are delighted for you!

GoogleI have been dealing with Alessio at Northfields for the last few months. He displays the heights of professionalism and is an excellent communicator. His response time has been second to none. He listened to what I wanted and found me a professional tenant within a matter of a few days. He was totally proactive, organising a contractor to deal with a few minor requests from the tenant. Has a charming and professional manner and provides excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Northfields and have been using them for over ten years now.

GoogleI used Northfields to look for my first place to rent and Billy helped me find my ideal place. He was very patient and took onboard what I liked/didn’t like about places and was very quick to respond to emails/calls. When I did put an offer in on a flat he stayed late to make sure the offer was accepted before everything closed for the weekend! The whole Northfields team have been very helpful and friendly whenever I’ve rung or emailed with questions.

She was a pleasure to speak to she was very professional and made me feel like family . She emailed me everything to my criteria and booked me a viewing straightaway . GoogleReally helpful and friendly staff, particularly Thomas Richardson who helped us in quickly finding our ideal place and getting moved in all within 2 weeks. Feels like a professional letting agent company with good knowledge of the area and what a young couple are looking for. Also open to after work viewings which was ideal. Have been helpful after move-in too even though the property is non-managed, so that's been nice.

GoogleI rented through Northfields for 12 months, my flatmates extended the contract, after I confirmed with Northfields I was moving out - they should have made a new contract but didn't so my name remained on the contract. Five months later they moved out, and as my name was still on the contract, I had not received my deposit back during this time. Then, another 3 months later (8 months after I moved out), we have only just received our deposit back. After being ignored on and off by a couple of agents after trying to contact them/seek advise/help, I feel very disappointed in the service we received with very poor communication. Do not recommend.

GoogleAbraham and Edyta from Northfields assisted me with the sale of my house on Westfield Road, Ealing. They provided fantastic service, a professional attitude, were very knowledgeable and kept me updated all throughout the process. Abraham would even answer calls and respond to emails out of hours and on his days off. He was extremely helpful from the start to finish from negotiating the price between the parties to exchange and to completion, communicating both with the buyers and solicitors. I am really pleased with the result of the sale and have no hesitation in recommending Abraham, his team and Northfields.

A house move is never easy but Abraham, as well as the rest of the team at Northfields, was always on hand to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. GoogleAs first time landlords my wife and I didn't really know where to start. We spoke to four or five estate agents but Alessio stood out, he really wanted to help us to get the right tenant to see us through the whole process helping us with every detail, certificate, check etc that we needed to get in place. He was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way and was always quick to reply to emails and return phone calls. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tenant to rent their property to, but especially to first time landlords.
It's so daunting when you become a landlord for the first time, so much compliance and legal red tape to trawl through! GoogleI recently went through Northfields Estate Agents for a property to rent with Indiana as our Agent. She was an absolute delight to work with. She constantly sent us properties she felt could be appropriate for what we were looking for. We have recently been accepted on an offer due to her guidance and help through the process. The Offer forms, contracts and Referencing side to this is very clear and easy to understand, unlike previous Estate Agents I have dealt with in the past. Indiana Regularly keeps us up to date with the progress of out Application as we are due to move in February. I would highly recommend Northfields Estate Agent's if you are looking for a property to rent in West London. Very Helpful, Considerate and Quick to find you something. GoogleIt’s rare that an estate agent exceeds expectations, but Northfields excelled. Edyta and Abraham personally was took care of my sale in Wellington Road. Fast to get the property on the market, good details and photos on line, 3 viewings on the first day, and great feedback on the phone after each viewing. Secured and offer in a week. Then Edyta regularly called me to discuss progress, always cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service and professionally guided me through the ups and downs, to a successful exchange and soon to be complete. If you are looking for an estate agent in Ealing to sell your house, I would recommend Northfields near the tube be top of your list!

GoogleNorthfields did a great job selling our property. They were very proactive and communicative throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. We also bought a property through them and they really went the extra mile to come up with a solution that suited us and the vendor. They are a very committed and hard-working team, particularly Abraham, who we often saw working late into the evening!
