Alejandro and Abraham have been looking after me for few months from the beginning of listing my flat to the very last moment of completion. GoogleNorthfields Estate Agents have been renting out my property successfully for over 10 years. Recently I had some difficulty with a tenant (first time ever). Northfields, especially the Operations Manager, who I cannot praise highly enough, have been fantastic in their support of this difficult situation. I am unable to make phone calls so I email. EVERY time I emailed with a question or a worry my email was replied to promptly, courteously, and informatively both from a legal standpoint and on a personal note. I highly recommend Northfields Estate Agents and would not hesitate using them again should the need arise. Thank you Northfields!

GoogleI found the estate agents to be helpful, efficient and they found me my dream home with minimum fuss and max effort. The chap looking after me was called Joseph and he literally went above and beyond the call of duty to help me seal the deal with my flat. Was really sad when he had to move to the other office and away from Lancaster Gate as you want to ensure you don't lose the level of customer service and its tricky to trust someone else to be as helpful. I was right! Soon as he was off my account the process was far more laborious. However want to thank him for making it happen initially! Lucy

GoogleAbraham and Edyta did a great job on my sale, and helped me through an experience new to me. I can't fault their enthusiasm and willingness to help. General communication was good, but as a novice there were some things which I realise now were assumed I would already know. All in all a good service and everyone did what they promised; I felt I was being supported throughout.
