GoogleWe recently sold our house on Clitherow Avenue through Northfields Estate Agents. Mr Oommen helped us pinpoint the best price to attract a buyer and within 6 days we had a solid offer. He subsequently helped us clear a couple of technical hurdles to complete, within our deadline, without too much stress. Having dealt with less than stellar estate agents in the past, I wholeheartedly recommend Northfields and Mr Oommens' very professional services.

GoogleMy colleagues and I were shown around a few properties by Matthew from the Northfields Avenue branch and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was extremely professional and took into consideration all of our requests and we always felt really comfortable and as though he had our best interests at heart. This was refreshing in comparison to a few pushy real estates we had previously dealt with from other real estate agencies.

GoogleAlessio Varricchio, the agent who attended to my interests, was of great help to me: He understood that I to change my briefing (after having visited exactly what I had briefed) and scheduled a viewing with a flat that suited my needs but he hadn't seen before. Also he assisted a lot in settling in and chased the landlord for me. All in all: Luckily, I met Alessio!

What I liked most is that he understood straight away what I am after and showed me properties that fit my budget and my preferences. He's been sending me some new property whenever there was something new on the market and that is a big plus from me. Highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent service. Just sold my flat on Elthorne Park Road through Northfields. Abraham and Edyta battled so hard to get the sale over the line and managed it despite huge challenges from other parties. So relieved I had their support and they were so on the ball through the transaction. Without it, I doubt we'd have got over the line. Highly recommend.
