GoogleMy flatmate and I recently rented a flat through Northfields recently and had a great experience. Our agent, Matthew Gurkin, was amazingly helpful at every stage of the process - especially as this was our first time renting. He showed us great properties and we are really happy with where we are living now.
Thank-you Beatrice. That is great to hear. We're really pleased that you're so happy with your new home. That is why we love what we do.

GoogleWe were taken care of by an agent called Lorenzo Tuccari and he was very professional, efficient and supportive. He gave us many options for flats within our budget and put a good word in with the landlord considering our offer, which is very valuable. Next time we move we will deffinitely contact Lorenzo.
Thanks for your great review, Kimi. We're really pleased that you're pleased and will always do what we can to help.

GoogleExcellent service! If you are looking for a property call Alessio Varricchio at Northfields Estate Agents now! The most polite and friendly estate agent, professional, honest and trustworthy. Very well organised a true gem! After many bad experiences with Estate Agents this is a breath of fresh air.

GoogleWant to appreciate Alessio Varricchio for showing me around multiple properties, and areas next to them, what you should look for in a property and how the whole renting thing works. He was taking care of all my requirements while searching for the property (nearby "good" schools, nearby park, commute links and many more). Being new to UK/London it was a great help to me. Though I couldn't get a deal through him, but understanding various aspects helped me securing a property in another place quickly (I was desperately looking for a property).

Googletoday I'll get the key for my new flat in radbourne avenue W5, I received the most amazing help from Abraham and Edyta at Northfields. They followed up the all process and dealt with a lot of difficulties (which are normal in the process of finding and buying a house) making my life much easier and stress free. They are extremely professional and they both went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn't be more grateful!!

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alessio. He is very friendly yet professional and knows the area very well. It was our first time visiting Ealing and the surrounding area and we learnt a lot just by talking to him. He also gave good and usable ideas on how to utilise space in the different flats and just showed us around in each flat in a great manner. Although in the end we've decided against moving house for personal reasons, I'd definitely recommend him and the agency based on how we were initially treated.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our flat sale and would recommend the team at Northfields without hesitation. I did a "beauty parade" of 3 local estate agents before marketing my 2 bed flat on Seaford Road and I chose to go with Northfields Estate Agents on Northfields Avenue as I felt I could trust their representative, Abraham Oomen - he stood out from the rest as genuine, knowledgeable and experienced and gave me sound advice on the timings, processes and legal aspects leading up to marketing the property. Abraham, Edyta and Alejandro worked hard to find us good buyers for our flat in what was a difficult market - they were not too hasty in dropping the price but weren't afraid to advise us to do so at the right time. They always gave thorough feedback after each viewing and they were professional, respectful, organised and gave sound and consistent advice and solutions to the various problems we encountered along the way. Unfortunately these things are never plain sailing, you need people who know what they are doing to help you get through it! Whilst I would have liked to have sold at a higher price, I feel we achieved a fair price for our property and I think the team at Northfields did their level best with it. At no point in the process did I feel "sold to" unlike with other agents I have worked with in the past and I would have confidence in recommending them if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the Northfields area.
