GoogleGood agency with very friendly staff. Thomas Richardson was great, taking the time to talk us through options and really understand our requests, checking up on us often and doing his best to help us find a nice home. We ended up finding a place through another agency but we had a very nice experience with Northfields, nonetheless. Will definitely go back to them next time we need a home again.

GoogleI am new to life. It is my first time to come to the UK. I have no job or credit record. I have heard that there are many pitfalls in renting a property in the UK. In addition, I have two cats in my neighborhood, so I am worried that I will not be able to find a place. I don’t know anyone well or I don’t know them well, but it’s so exciting! Compared to when I came to Northfields, Billy from Northfields was the most professional person I came into contact with when I came to the UK! She was not afraid of my troubles at all. She patiently listened to my limited English and understood my needs. From finding a house to making a decision, it only took three days. It can be described as extremely fast! Although we have rented buildings in Hong Kong, the methods here are completely different. Billy explained the methods here step by step very carefully. After receiving the holding fee, he never showed any mercy. Every time I had questions, he responded quickly, even if I heard Before I got the call, my colleagues in the company knew the progress and were willing to help. They followed me closely and never missed me. Before moving in, the whole house was professionally cleaned by Zhong, and all the paint and light spots were cleaned. Zhong introduced me to the special broadband bandwidth. After joining the unit, plug it in and play, I’m really satisfied! I would like to say how extremely taken aback I was by the kind and helpful service provided by Northfields namely Indiana who went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Indiana has helped me more than she will ever know. It may be just a house she helped me with, but as I am moving away and separating from my husband this has had such a positive affect on my wellbeing in difficult times. Thoroughly recommend Northfields and their staff.
