I cannot recommend Leah and her team highly enough - they worked tirelessly to advertise our property widely, show suitably qualified potential purchasers round and then to make the wheels of the sale turn smoothly! I was lucky that Rohan in the team took on our property as a particular project; he really went the extra mile to smooth out all the ups and downs and make the whole process work. As an older person I have had a lot of experience with property sales and estate agents, and in my opinion Leah and her team stand out for genuinely taking a personal interest in getting the best for their clients.

I bought a property through the Ealing Broadway branch and Leah, Rohan and Luke were great throughout. I was overseas when I first saw the property for sale and Luke kindly took a video of the property for me. Once my offer was accepted Rohan was very accommodating with several visits I wanted to make, whilst Leah was a star in keeping the sales process moving. She kept lines of communication clear and frequent which really helped alleviate the stress of the purchase. Got there in the end! Great team, would definitely recommend.

We had many estate agents over to our property for valuations. As soon as we met Leah, we knew we would be in brilliant hands. Leah guided us through the sale of our property and the purchase of our next with incredible patience and commitment. She was always available to help us and nothing was too much trouble. Leah’s calm nature and supportive was appreciated close to the exchange date and we felt reassured that she was doing everything in her power to get our deal completed in advance of our impending baby due date! Rohan and Luke were also very helpful and did many of the viewings on our property. We particularly liked Rohan’s professional yet personal approach and he always seemed genuinely invested in our situation and out to get the best for us. I rented my flat through Northfields. The person that showed me the flat was kind and helpful. He mentioned that the few issues the flat had would be fixed by the time I moved in. The flat was not registered correctly with the Council and as a result my credit score went downhill. I couldn't put my address down in any websites for deliveries or sign ups as it wasn't available due to the above. Instead of the landlord/agent doing something about it I had to chase around the responsibles for about 2 months so the address would be valid after 3 months from when I moved in. Since there was no address, no broadband company would setup any kind of broadband and I had to use my mobile data. There was no infrastructure for TV or doorbell to the flat. They had some fake placeholders and they kept telling me they would install those for the whole duration of my tenancy. They never did. I couldn't access the electricity meters to my own flat due to the way they installed those and I wasn't allowed to move them inside the flat. They lied and they ignored emails throughout the tenancy. Finally when I left (break clause ftw) they ignored my emails and the TDS's emails, so I had to pay to validate forms to allow the TDS to forcefully return the deposit to me, after 3 months! Cherry on top, they emailed me a month after my deposit was returned saying my contract would now go on a month to month basis. I had left the premises 4 months ago. Very professional bunch of people. Try to avoid if you can!

If you're selling a property in London, Leah and the Ealing Broadway Northfields team is the team you want to work with! I recently sold a shared ownership flat through Northfields and could not have received better service, they were incredible throughout, exceeding all my expectations. There were quite a few parties involved in the sale, making it slightly complicated, but the consistent communication and project management from Northfields kept all parties aligned. Leah specifically went above and beyond for me, showing real professionalism and empathy throughout. I honestly don't think the sale would have gone through without her keeping everything on track. It is very difficult to rent a pet friendly property. I am very lucky to have professional support from Mr. Gabriele Brancato(Lettings Negotiator) and Natalia helping me find a lovely property to live with my 17 years old sausage dog. I sold my flat with Northfields Estate Agents, using the Ealing branch. From the very beginning, communication was great. And in my case, this great communication was key. I dealt with a particularly difficult buyer's solicitor. Leah and Rohan were very efficient at getting things done, seeking the information where needed and keeping everyone up to date. The process was quite frustrating in my case and Leah and Rohan managed to keep me in full trust with their hard work and dedication for the sale to happen in everyone's interest. It was my 6th time dealing with estate agents to either sell or buy a property and I can say I had never been so impressed by their professionalism and personal approach. The experience this agency offers is second to none. We had been looking for a few months, and had seen many estate agents. Indiana not only didn't give up but took the time to understand what we wanted and why, measured by showing us a property that was so new that there wasn't a proper file for it - which turned out to be the 'one'. Billy was also of great help, they were both brilliant to speak to and deal with, taking a huge amount of stress away from moving home. From the viewings - which were promptly arranged - to the whole conveyancing process, Leah and the team were always responsive to my queries and worked with both parties to move past any obstacles. I'm surprised they haven't blocked my number - that's how often I was able to get in touch for peace of mind. Whichever side of the market you're on, I'd recommend them - I certainly hope the team is still together if I need to sell in the future.
