Kalidass has been brilliant…

Kalidass has been brilliant in managing the rental flat for me. When the tenant recently had a problem with the electric radiators, Kalidass sent in electricians immediately, diagnosed the problem causing the problems, sought consent from me straight away and managed replacement of the offending item, all without any fuss, no hassle to me, and most importantly, to the satisfaction of the tenant. I am very happy with this service.

I stayed in a property for 1.5 years and paid rent on time. My property manager was good throughout the tenancy. I have vacated 2 months back and it was taken by new person as my property manager was on leave. I haven't received my deposit yet. Everytime I call, I will get response that I will get some update by end of week, however nothing happens. I am not getting response for my emails. It's been more than 2 months and I'm feeling extremely awful that no one responding to my message. Can anyone help in getting my deposit back please.

I would give zero stars if I could. Life Residential has been the worst agency I have ever dealt with in London. We moved into a 2-bedroom flat that was noticeably grubby and required us to arrange a cleaner for the vents. The property had a history of plumbing issues with blockages, leaks, and problems with the kitchen and bathroom. Life Residential said they had no knowledge of these issues. For most of our tenancy, we didn't have a functioning sink, washing machine, or dishwasher. We had to call a plumber every few weeks to drain filthy water from the sink that was coming from other flats. This is unacceptable, especially considering the rent was not cheap. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and untrained. Communication was a nightmare, with no one answering calls or emails. We spent the entire year battling them over these issues. It was clear they had no interest in maintaining the property or addressing the ongoing problems. When we moved out, we arranged for a professional cleaner to come in. After the inventory check, we were slapped with an additional £376 charge for a second cleaning, plus an £80 fee for a light bulb replacement. It was a complete con. We disputed all the charges and eventually got our deposit back via a deposit scheme. What’s worse, the tenants who moved in after us were not informed about the plumbing problems, and, incredibly, the issues hadn't been fixed! They moved in with the same blocked dishwasher and plumbing problems, all of which Life Residential denied knowledge of. I highly recommend you avoid them. If I ever see a property managed by Life Residential, I would not consider living there. Hands down, the worst experience I've had with any property agency in London.

I rented a new build studio flat in Slough for a year with LiFE residential I was the first in the flat so expected some teething problems as is standard with new builds. LiFE where great with communication and any issues that arose where resolved in a quick manner if it could be done so, through longer issues like my tile needing replacing in the bathroom LiFE always kept me updated on the progress. In terms of moving in and moving out the process was quite lengthy but thorough and I knew I had peace of mind that I'd be looked after, but again they where able to help and guide along the way making things easy and comfortable which made me feel confident I was in good hands. We had a complimentary concierge for the year as well and he was amazing, always super helpful and would manage the spare key for access to the flat for any inspections/maintenance whilst I was at work, also parcels that came for me he'd often see me drive into the underground and would be there with my parcel if he had time. Over all I recommend LiFE as they are professional yet friendly and approachable! 5 stars! Thank you Agnes, Mo & Elton!
