Overall great experience, swift and efficient solutions to all our everyday issues with the flat!

We had a great experience with Life Residential until now. They help us a lot to have a smooth transition into our new flat. Especially Sophie, our current Property Manager, has been excellent, kind and proactive, always keen to assist us with any issues that we had with the flat during the first few weeks, dealing with everything swiftly and efficiently. Overall, Sophie is probably one of the best Property Managers we have ever cooperated with.

We are happy to have Marcus as a property manager. He contacted us very promptly to find out about the issues we needed solved. He visited the rented flat just the next day after his holiday. Marcus is very courteous, pleasant, well-mannered and responsive in solving issues in our rented flat. During his visit, he showed he was knowledgeable in how the flat is built and its appliances and this made communication about our needs very easy. Brooke Nickless is our new Property Manager. We had 2 before. If Brooke Nickless has been our Property Manager for last few months. I may not swap another Letting Agent. => To change that it is a painful process and maybe difficult. => I am overseas Landlord. I do not expect immediate reply or 1 working day reply for non emergency email. => I am fine with 2 or 3 work days reply. She is good and active. She reply my email within decent response. Fantastic. I can only look forward for future possible collaboration.

Pooja Pandya is very responsible. My apartment still 4 months away from expiration, and she has renewed the tenancy for another year. I don't know whether the tenant contacted her first or she’s first to contact the tenant. But she completed the whole thing in one day. This made me feel at ease for another year not to worry. I have been a landlord for a while, usually agents only contacted the tenants two months in advance. Therefore, my apartment would be vacant for weeks without rental income. However, I was lucky Nicola was responsible for my move out. She is responsible and made sure my move as smooth as possible. The professional clean arranged by her was perfect. No tricky deduction from my deposit for natural wear and tear.
