Excellent Agent in Nine Elms - 7 years good experience

I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds

He has just started with me and has helped me throughout many of my issues that I have previously had issues with over the past year, in a matter of days!Inreally appreciate his hard work and dedication. Claudio is one of the few people that i have encountered in my very active and international business life that manages to constantly surprise me with his efficiency,calmness and genuine concern to make my dealings with both him and Life Residential to be a perfect joy. Claudio always has the answer to whatever problem has arisen before informing me of it and my only action is then to say yes please and thank you. Life Residential have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I found a property in Greenwich and was introduced to Robin from the Greenwich office who helped me along the process every step of the way. I was then introduced to Sophie, our property manager. We have been living in our current rental property via Life residential for almost 2 years and in these two years Emma our property manager has been a great support and help. She is approachable and understands any issues concerning the house and gets them resolved within couple of days. She replies back with an hour everytime we email her which is very quick. Good for both landlord and tenants

I'm a landlord with several properties fully managed by Life for 7+ years, as well as some in other areas which are managed by other agents as Life don't operate there. Life Residential beats the other agents hands down in terms of professionalism and service both to me as landlord, and to my tenants. I know that they look out for my tenants' interests, advocating on behalf of the tenants to say, eg this repair must be completed promptly as it's not fair on the tenants to delay. From my point of view I have had several good property managers over the years. Particular credit is due to Nick Martin in management because I have come to trust his judgement regarding works needed on the properties and I respect the fact that he will be very clear if something needs to be done, and has good relationships with the trades so can get works done promptly and for a fair price. Cliff in Sales has been great too, coming up with ideas for changing the layout in my properties to make them better for tenants and more profitable for me. I just wish Life also covered the towns where my other properties are.

I have been a tenant in a property which Life Residential has been managing for the last 4 years. Over time, the property manager of the apartment has changed a couple of times but I am happy to say that my current one is extremely attentive. Lorretta has been my property manager for the last year or so and has been wonderful to say the least. All my issues have been addressed in a very timely manner and so professionally.
