Life residential doesn't return deposit. It took long months to agree on deductions and even after all was agreed they didn't return the entire amount and manager stopped responding to emails or phone calls.

GoogleWorst estate agent I have dealt with. Refuse to provide landlord details. I have lived in a flat for 4 months and already had to complain 5 times about separate issues and repairs needed. If you want to have a nice flat where everything works, choose a different letting agent. If you have an out of hours issue, they don’t answer the phone and also when they do, they refuse to help. GoogleAs you all know finding a new home is a difficult process. Bruce Bell, letting consultant was extremally helpful and made this process so easy. He helped me find the right home for me at the right price. Besides, the whole team at Life Residentials are amazing! My property manager, Cristina Luntraru, is extremely helpful and kind. She provided me with a ton of useful information and my moving in was so straight forward. The team is very responsive and thoughtful, its a pleasure to collaborate with them. Thank you guys! GoogleGreat agency if you are a landlord, awful if you are a tenant. The simplest issue with Life residential or the flat itself takes a minimum of one month to be resolved. Sometimes up to six. The amount of wasted time sending emails and chasing things up must amount to dozens of hours over a period of a year. The staff mean well and are polite, but are either incompetent or not diligent. Examples: - they moved us in with a bed missing from one of the bedrooms and nobody knew what happened - A broken washing machine took about a month to replace - They took weeks to send us our checkout report and then an extra two months to return only a part of our deposit, withholding money on imaginary charges causing us to have to spend time submitting a dispute claimNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMe and my partner moved into our flat with the help of Life Residential back in January. This was with the very helpful Steven. We have received countless help from Cristina and Kristina since being here and we couldn't have asked for more support and help which made our move extremely smooth. I recently had a drama where I lost my fob to get into the building. Despite the obvious nightmare of this situation, within a few days I had received a new one due to Cristina being so helpful. I can't recommend these guys enough and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thanks to all of you :)

GoogleI'm seriously impressed with Life Residential over these past few months. And I have to say it's been a bit unexpected considering my past experiences with them. But definitely a very pleasant experience this time around. The credit goes to the lads who have managed our property towards the end of our tenancy. Firstly, Christopher Lazarides has always been so helpful and has supported us at every step over the last 6 months or so. I wish every tenant gets to have a property manager like Chris! And at the very end of our tenancy, Nick Martin stepped up to help us with our check-out as easy as it comes. In spite of a couple of minor hiccups, he managed it extremely well and again demonstrated the same qualities as Chris, of being helpful and responsive. After we rented a place via LiFE Residential, the company assigned a property manager to handle our tenancy. Christopher, our property manager is very responsible and helpful. On the day we moved in, we found that the water meter of our new home keeps spinning even all the valves were closed. Christopher immediately arranged an engineer to check and followed up on our case in a timely manner! We were so grateful to have Christopher as our property manager who has been very helpful and responsive. Excellent service!

GoogleAppalling service as a tenant. Slow to respond to issues, if they get resolved at all! I’ve lost count how many times my property manager has changed and I find out over an out of office that they’ve left! No transparency on route to making complaints. It’s clear the landlord is their priority with tenants getting little to no respect in the process. Avoid this agency if you’re a tenant PLEASE!
