We have been dealing with Life Residential for a number of years and haven’t experienced any problems. We have just completed our renewal which was handled by Abby for the renewal’s department. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant, conducting herself in a professional manner and negotiating on our behalf. Renewals can be very stressful but she helped us out throughout the process.

GoogleThe Worst Agency in the world... have so many account managers in just two year. Completely incompetent and useless. when they need your help, they want you to respond in a matter of days, whilst your lucky to get your "account manager" on the phone. They do not manage their tenants at all. Since moving into the property every few months we get new issues, from Bailiff trying to come into the property because of old tenants, and the Life Residential does nothing to help!! utter useless... They also told the electricity provider that we had moved out, which meant that we've had electricity cancelled on us, and had to re-setup an account. They've told us that we can park within the residential area and they will sort it with PCN, and of course, I get a ticket and they ask me to pay it!. Utter useless. If you can, avoid ever having to deal with them...

GooglePre-move-in review: From offer to move-in is only 18 calendar days, in this short period, Ervis Sherrniku has made his best endeavour to coordinate with his colleagues, responded to my queries promptly and politely, in order to find me a new apartment. This 4.5-star (0.5 star for future improvement) review is solely for the performance of Ervis, I believe if his colleagues (who I have contacted with earlier) in the branch could perform as good as Ervis did, LiFE Residential will become one of the best agent in London shortly. Apartment condition (during viewing): Except some defects are found, which may be damaged by the former tenants, the apartment is generally in a good condition, most of the furnitures and kitchen appliances look good.

GoogleI have never left a bad review ever but this agency gets my blood boiling. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Over the past year, we rented a flat with life residential. At first they were really good no complaints. But we started having more issues at the flat and the estate manager became less and less responsive. Then we found out he quit 2 months ago and the agency never informed ur nor assigned us a new agent. Eventually, we got a new agent Gabrielle, who was also constantly out of office and out of reach. We had so many major issues that took ages to be resolved and many follow-ups from our side. For example, it took the agency 2 months and multiple email exchanges and follow-up calls to pay me back for a bill that was supposed to be paid by them before me and my flatmates moved in. We then got another new agent Kareena who again was constantly out of office. One time I called the Park Royal office looking for Kareena and the agent who picked up the phone not only made me repeat spelling her names like 5 times, then he hung up on me. He only apologised when I called back immediately and asked why did you just hang up on me. Super unprofessional & rude!!!!! It took us over 1.5 months after we moved out to get our deposit back from the house because of the unresponsiveness. This was completely unacceptable. We were never prioritised and frankly the constant turnover and agents quitting was a huge red flag. Do not rent with this agency!

GoogleLife Residential managed my property for a year and they keep changing account manager, not replying emails. Now my tenant has moved out and burnt my floor, didnt clean the place, and ruined the electricity hobs.But the manager told me I cant charge him for more than £200 from deposit which is ridiculous. Do they think my floor only worth 100 quids? And now I’ve been waiting for a month to get the deposit back, no one response to my emails for 2 weeks. I would never recommend this rubbish agency to manage your property it’s been a massive headache!

Such a rubbish company. Reported water leak since we moved in from March. Now its June and no action taken at all.Reply lying that a senior manager are contacting us to fix the issue but actually no one contacting at all.
We’re sorry to hear that you have an outstanding maintenance issue at your property. I understand one of our Senior Property Managers has already been in touch and will be updating you on the progress. Unfortunately some repairs are out of our hands but we are doing our best to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

Kalidass Uvaraj literally saved my day. I have a power cut in my flat around 11pm in the evening, with the flight planned in the morning. With the help from Kalidass I have managed to reset the power and resolve the issue. The service was very fast, polite and professional, regardless of the fact that it was almost midnight. Very happy with the experience overall.
