Terrible agent. They just don't care about you and treats you so badly and acts like as if they are doing you a favour even though you are paying so much to rent via them. If you have an option, please never rent through them. Even if you are asking for the slightest thing, they dump a huge fees on you. They only care about the landlord. I will never rent through them again.

I sent an email asking what percentage commission they charge for selling a flat and I was totally ignored. Clearly they only reveal this information after visiting your property to work out how much they'll get away with. Really unprofessional to not reply at all. I'm not arranging a visit and valuation unless I know the commission rate, so I'm not wasting my time. I'll just go elsewhere.

She has shown tremendous professionalism in both processing the outgoing tenants and also getting the apartment in good condition for the incoming tenants. She is prompt and clear in our correspondence, exercise initiatives which makes my job as an overseas landlord a lot easier.

I recently got Ashleigh as my property manager and she has been nothing but helpful, quick and helpful responses. I had a property checkup today as requested by my landlord and she gave good insight and was reasonable when it came to assessing the state of the property. I could tell she genuinly cares about her clients and wants the best for both the tenant and the landlord.

GoogleI used the agency when moving into a property in September and the process was very smooth and quick. With the help of Benjamin, Bruce, Amrita and Kristina, I was able to secure the apartment within 2 weeks of viewing and all of them were always available to answer any question I had prior to moving in. Overall a very enjoyable and efficient process!
