GoogleRenting through LiFE Residential was clear and fast process with plenty of support from friendly and professional staff (mainly Benjamin and Courtney). The reason for 4* is that I found out after moving in that the landlord has been looking to sell the flat, which would be nice to know beforehand.
The property management has made me changing from 4* to 1*. After moving in, it took very long time to set up all utilities as it had to be done by the property manager. After moving out, it took long time for them to let the utility company know about me moving out. I've contacted the utility company myself after receiving bill for a period after I moved out and was told they can't do anything until the agent notifies them. Furthermore, it's been 2 months since moving out and I haven't received any of my deposit back even though I was told twice in the last month, that the account team will be notified on that day to release the funds.
