I had a maintenance issue and my property manager was out of office so Rosita helped in and really ensured the issue was taken care of quickly. She was very responsive and very helpful and was pleasant to interact with the entire time.

GoogleThis agency is terrible, I popped in twice and gave my details and asked to view a few properties, their answer was we will get in touch, I also emailed them, to this day there is no response from those people. Stay away and dont waste your time, there are much better agencies out there

GoogleIf you choose life residential, forget about your initial security deposits. They won't give the money back. They won't response for any maintenance call during the tenancy. At last they will give you an extra bill for the maintenance work that they have done after our tenancy. Worst experience!!!

Professional scammers.They will steal your deposit by unprotecting it, not returning it to you, suggesting bogus deductions AFTER it has been unprotected (which is against the law), and then ghosting you until you raise a deposit dispute.

Its been 6 weeks since we ended our contract and we have still not received our deposit back. The team have been unresponsive for weeks at a time. The staff turn over is so high I have had to contact 4 different team members and repeat the process every time.
