RENT WITH THEM AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT

Highly disorganised, property managers keep changing every 5 minutes (without tenants being notified), emails often ignored or answered with huge delays... But the worst issue has come at the time of requesting my deposit back. I have rented in London for >10 years and I have never had to wait more than a few days for my deposit to be returned. It's been now 3 weeks since my tenancy has ended, and no one seems to bother replying my emails which has left me no option but to raise a formal dispute... I can't in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM!

Please be aware that the service they provide is awful! They gave me a house with an issue, and it's been two months without any resolution. My property manager never replies to my phone calls or emails, and I deeply regret getting involved with them.

It’s very unlikely that you will get your deposit back.I had a terrible experience with the handling of my deposit. I've been waiting for over three months and had to initiate a dispute process (I didn't have any other option). Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid renting from this agency.
