TrustpilotAvoid Emily Lightley!! Illegal deposit holding and lying
Atrocious people rented with them over a year and at the end they illegally held my full deposit for 3 months? £1500. Then they lied to me about the flat being sold and served s21 and so many other things. Emily Lightley is the most incompetent property manager and needs to be sacked. She does not do her job and made my experience horrible. I’m shocked they hire such incompetent people.

After having issues with our previous property manager, Noor El Chamcham took over the managment of our two properties. Noor has always been extremely precise, attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care. She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover.

GoogleWe have been renting with Life Residential for 10 months now. In that time, we dealt with 3 property managers which was slightly annoying. however, Gina Ballesteros, the latest property manager, has always been responsive, polite and really helpful (the two before haven’t been responsive really; hence why I cannot give 5 stars). Our oven broke and it was sorted promptly with Gina’s help. We didn’t need much help during our tenancy, but we don’t have any complaints for those times we did.

GoogleWe’ve been renting the same apartment through Life Residential for 1.5 years now - they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. From the start, we had good communication and transparency regarding the process of viewing, applying for, and securing our rental. Since settling in, our property manager, Cristina, is always an email away, quick to respond to our queries. She has on a few occasions, swiftly helped us to get maintenance issues sorted (We moved into a brand new building, so there have been a few teething issues that I’m glad to have had her assistance with). We also had a case of consistently rowdy neighbours. I was able to report to this Cristina: she then managed to contact and issue a warning to these neighbours accordingly. Overall, we’ve able to focus less on the admin of renting, and more on fun of living in London.

I just moved into my new home as a tenant. My agent Wesley Robinson and property manger Thomas Chan were both very kind to assist me in getting settled. I just moved from overseas, and was not familiar with the appliances in the flat, Wesley was very kind to answer all my questions after move-in even though it probably falls out of his responsibilities. Because I was not able to unlock the hob, Thomas and Wesley spent much time on trying to figure it out for me. Thomas made many phone calls and made many attempts to help me. Wesley even came by to my flat to help me unlock the hob himself, which is clearly many many extra miles that he is used to doing for clients of Life Residential. I am very grateful for the tremendous help I received from Wesley and Thomas.

Due to time constraints he assisted me with an evening viewing and gave me fantastic information about the property. Although I did not proceed with the property, he still assisted to help with other properties that may have been a better fit for me.
