I wanted to share my experience with Erza Musa as a property manager of the flat I have just rented with my partner about 2 months ago in Acton. Absolutely brilliant and responsive in dealing with our flat issues, sending help when needed and clarifying every aspect of our tenancy. Definitely feel looked after and will hopefully stay so throughout the rest of our tenancy!

Noor is an excellent Property Manager if you can get her when you are with LifeResidential. I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.

GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the services and support provided by Mr Bruce Bell while I was in the process of renting a studio flat. Such a great and knowledgable professional. Flawless experience. Being very particular, my expectations were exceeded (before and after I entered the property). Constant follow-ups to ensure everything is in order, support throughout and immediate responses made everything really easy for me, considering that I live alone for the first time. GoogleI rented a studio flat with LifeResidential at Westgate House for 12 months. I will explain below the reason why I gave 1 star. - The initial process from the contact with the agent to contract negotiation/ viewing / references checks and start was great. It was super smooth and clear all the way through and everything was very professional. - The flat was new and fairly priced. Although the building management could have improved certain things, LifeResidential delivered. All is well as long as you’re coming in… based on this only I would have given 4/5 stars BUT for future tenants please be aware : 1) As my 12 months tenancy were close to an end, I have been contacted by LifeResidential agent regarding extension. After I confirmed, she then asked me to pay over 30% more in rent. Considering that the energy bills are paid by the tenant and increased massively, I thought this was a bit excessive and asked to negotiate and that I was happy to pay more but not 30% more. I was immediately notified with a section 21 eviction letter and felt that there’s never been room for discussing or consideration for good tenants by this person. I accepted. 2) I am a very tidy person and professionally cleaned the flat to a very high standard before exiting it however I did not keep the very light 20£ ikea duvet that was initially provided. As a result, they have decided unilaterally to release the secured deposit and take 130£ (They only gave me the rest of the deposit - undisputed - after many follow ups and many weeks). They have also added “pillow covers” as missing items although they were washed and ironed the same morning by myself before I left the flat. I have asked the agent, Olyvia S., numerous times for updates and requested to see the breakdown and receipts that justify this amount. I wanted to dispute this amount and felt it’s unfair to charge 130£ for a 20£ Ikea duvet that shouldn’t have been given to the next tenant anyways for hygiene reasons. Olyvia ignored half my emails and replied to the second half that “the landlord hasn’t replied yet”. This lasted 3 months until I gave up and have never received a response nor my money. Again, with LifeResidential the tenant doesn’t matter. Out of all the places I rented with, this was the last place I would have thought I’d get robbed of my deposit as everything seemed very professional when I signed. I’m very disappointed and will not use / recommend them to anyone.
