GoogleLife Residential provided excellent service in dealing with the damage arising due to a water leak from a toilet tank in my flat. Property Mangager Reena Hirani was very professional, efficient and helpful in liaising with the tenants, arranging tradesmen to carry out replacement of the toilet tiles and living room wood flooring, and dealing with the insurer to cover the costs of the repair works. Reena's good work has made it much easier for me to go through this unfortunate incident and has taken most of the stress off me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMs. Beki Smith is the Portfolio Compliance Manager at Liferesidential UK who has helped with my rental properties over the years. She is friendly, prompt, and professional. Whenever I am about to renew the tenancy agreement with my tenant, she understands my position as landlord and always provides me a clear view of current rental market. This time, she again has successfully helped renew the tenancy agreement with my tenant. Beki is nothing short of outstanding and I highly recommend her.

GoogleI've been renting a property managed by Shruti Shrungarpure from LiFE, and she has been absolutely fantastic as a property manager: she has been extremely proactive inquiring and arranging fixes for the small issues with the property as soon as I moved in, and has been extremely quick to reply to my inquiries, by email, phone calls or text messages. I can't speak for the other property managers and agents from LiFE, but Shruti is fantastic. Best property manager I've ever had by far!

This month he found for me a new flat with the same characteristics of my previous one. GoogleI've been helped by Ashleigh Bates and without her support I'd never been able to sort out the issue I had with my bed. The bed was in good condition however the slats did not support the mattress enough, causing me a general back pain that I could not stand anymore. Ashleigh has promptly taken into account my issue and talked to the landlord that has substituted bed and mattress, though not broken. She has been really helpful, being super busy with work I could not sort it alone but with her I've received the assistance I needed. I'm in the same building since 2 years now and I've never received a similar assistance from any of the previous Property Managers. Thank you very much Ashleigh :)

I am a lease holder, ie flat owner in Riverdale House, Lewisham and am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from my "property manager". I have repeatedly asked for explanations of bills/invoices without receiving concise, meaningful responses or any attempt to engage with me. I am paying these people to provide a service but in my case, at least, they are falling short of the required standard, considering what they charge.

Great support from Life Residential representatives (particularly Ashleigh Bates and Ilinca Ioanovici) on some of the maintenance issue we had in the flat. Fast, efficient and professional. There is also an automated tool provided to tenants by Life Residential to report any issues and move all the way to having an engineer or contractor attending and fixing the issue, which is very cool and nicely designed.

Life Residential have managed my flat for over ten years, in recent times by Rosita Kausiute. When the flat was damaged recently by a freak accident Rosita was brilliant, she worked tirelessly to liaise with the insurers, and the contractors to get the repairs done quickly and properly. She was amazingly efficient and supportive and I am very grateful to her.

Overall service is terrible!!!!. I am not sure what the letting and management fees covers. It way too high what they do. I wouldn’t advise to let or sell your property through them. They used 3rd part inventory controller? an inventory check out report which was not thorough and there was no feedback on item missing comparing to check in report. .! I wouldn't advise any one to pay £250+ for inventory check. If they things do get stolen by tenants. Letting Agent /property manager at life residential will not take responsibility.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We understand that the deposit deductions when through the adjudication process with mydeposits. Your Property Manager advised prior to this, that the deductions you proposed were unlikely to be awarded at the dispute stage, and unfortunately this was the case. Mydeposits is an independent government approved scheme which provide legally binding adjudications on deposit disbursement and so we are unable to overrule their findings. A Senior Manager has reached out to address your concerns.

To date, Life Residential have not disappointed us. They are professional in their service, prompt in problem solving and sensitive to any concerns highlighted. The fact LR is our First n only Agent since our flat was delivered in 2012 speaks volume of the level of satisfaction. Quite honestly, there were some unhappy periods, but these are to be expected when managing a large company like LR. Keep up the good work.
