GoogleI used Evans Residential to let my property in Southall. They managed all the contractors and helped me tidy up the property after the previous tenants left it in a terrible state and then to find me a reliable Tenant. Really pleased with they way that they handled everything for me.

GoogleHad a great experience with Natalia at Evans and co. I had a particularly long winded process due to some difficult solicitors but Natalia maintained professionalism throughout. I viewed a property with her before but that wasn’t right for me and she decided to show me my (now) house and it was perfect. I’d been looking for over a year and she managed to find something just right for me. I’d recommend evans and co - I won’t be recommending my solicitors! Thanks natalia

GoogleEvans & Co sold my mum's house and was very helpful at a difficult time for us all. Jason was happy to answer any questions I had no matter how silly they were. the reason i marked 4 and not 5 was due to having to sometimes follow up on feedback for viewings, otherwise everything was good.

GoogleAfter the passing of my father in law we needed to sell my husbands family home. This was a difficult time and 3 hours drive from where we now lived. We randomly selected Evans and Co to give one of 3 valuations. We immediately warmed to Jason Evans, with his professional yet ‘unpushy’ manner. He was realistic in his advice to us and so kind and empathetic, so we chose to go with him. The house was sold at a good price within 10 days, but then we had a painful wait for probate. Natalia at Evans was so helpful in keeping us up to date and reassured us constantly along the way. All has now gone through and we cannot be more thankful for all the help that we have had from these estate agents. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleSpoke to a guy in regards to viewing a property, and due to only being able to view the property on the weekend or 6 onwards in the evening, he then came across very agitated. By all means if that's your working hours i would of completly understood if he politely said sorry we are unable to show you at them times, but instead he came across very unprofessional and when I said unfortunately I can't do a viewing at the earlier times this week he slammed the phone down very angrily. Honestly it just came across rude, I never write reviews good or bad usually but something about his unprofessional in his attitude and tone needed to be said. It looks like other people who work here seem great by the rest of the reviews so hopefully just one bad apple.

GoogleEvans i found to be honest and upfront and i like that. When compared to other agents i invited to give an evaluation one in particular under evaluated by £70k! shameful. Evans on the other hand i felt had my best interest at heart. Staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. My property was released for sale on the Wednesday and sold (subject to contract) on Saturday in just 3 days. I never imagined that was even possible. I was keep updated every stage of the process. I would recommend using Evans to anyone selling a property. Williray.
