I have had many a dealing with Estate/Property agents over the years and have always been left with the feeling of not really trusting everything they say - or perhaps didn't say! BUT not with Evans and Co. Jason was my first contact at the company and was the only agency I met that when choosing this time that seemed happy to spend the time finding out about our situation; other agents didn't even take their coats off! Natalia however was the person that we then had as our contact; she kept us informed all the time (and always updated the app with visits and feedbacks); she was so efficient, honest, knowledgeable, approachable. We don't live locally and she really went out of her way to check on the house and read meters for us etc. This company made us feel like we were the most important client they had! Yes, I know this is all part of 'being a sales person' but it came from a place of customer service not just from earning a commission. And in this property sale they really did earn their commission. Thank you to the team at Evans and Co. It should hopefully go with out saying that I highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure to have Jason and his team help to sell my late mother's house this year. From start to finish, his straightforward and professional approach was much appreciated especially given the difficult circumstances around losing a loved one. His level of experience and local market knowledge were paramount reasons for choosing to instruct Evans & Company over other agents. He and his team were helpful, efficient and easy to contact and speak with. His patience was very much appreciated too as the timeline for probate grew ever longer! I'd highly recommend including Evans & Company on your shortlist of agents and I'm sure you'll find they very quickly become your first choice!

Natalia Georgis rolled out the red carpet for first time buyers, through out the entire process she kept me well informed and up to date. From personal experience, you end up having to chase for an update. Natalia is the total opposite, she will make sure to pick up the phone and inform you of the current situation. She is extremely hepful, professional and well experienced. Through out the process of purchasing my first property, there were hiccups along the line as you could expect. However Natalia is the one that would put in the leg work and makes sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible in order to avoid wasting time. For anyone wishing to purchase a property through Evans & Co, call in and ask for Natalia. She is the person you want to deal with and help you through the process

Jason and his team were fantastic during the sale of our property. This was a big step for us as a family, but throughout the whole process Jason’s communication and professionalism was unmatched. We were informed at every step along the way, Jason was very understanding, patient and accommodating to the various situations that occurred during the time of sale. When Jason was not available (which was very rare) the receptionist Natalia was superb. Incredibly informative, made all the necessary calls to give us answers to our questions and was very helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using Evans and Co, they have made what is usually a very stressful experience very manageable and stress free. I could not recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend Evans & Co in Greenford. Jason provided very professional advice and guidance on the sale of our property and he and Natalia were both very supportive and proactive in finding us plenty of prospective buyers and then progressing the sale to completion. Natalia was always very responsive, keeping us advised of progress and handling all viewings on our behalf. We are very grateful to them and all the Evans team.

Lovely local Company to deal with for the selling of parent's property. Good knowledge of the area and everyone was extremely friendly. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The Contract was extremely straightforward and explanatory, with absolutely no hidden extras thrown in. My brother and I were very happy with the whole process. A very reputable Company and we would highly recommend to anyone.

After my father's passing I needed an estate agent to guide me through the process of selling my parents property. I spoke to many agents and after a meeting with Jason at the property I decided to stay with Evans & Company. Local to the property location in Greenford and wonderful staff who helped enormously with the sale process. Regular contact with the staff was so reassuring and lessened the stress of trying to deal with such things as Probate. I would highly recommend Evan & Company and especially Natalia and Jason for all their help and advice. Paul Armstrong

We have finally completed the sale of our home and we honestly could not have asked for better agents, and I could not thank Evan’s enough. Highly recommend them. I had the honour of having Natalia as my agent who was amazing throughout. She kept me informed at all times of all progression, if it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure where we would be! So patient, understanding and knowledgable. The whole team at Evans have been amazing, Jason and Joanna, again I could not thank you enough. The hard work and teamwork really shows through the results they have achieved. They put you at ease, always answer calls and keep you informed. High standards of professionalism displayed throughout. We cannot wait to start our new chapter! And when I tell you all, I highly recommend I mean it! I’m not one to leave company reviews but this was just well deserved. The best agents out there!! Thank you

I couldn't speak more highly of the team at Evans and especially Natalia Georgis. She went above and beyond to show us round a few properties in Greenford and didn't once feel rushed by her. We built a good relationship with Natalia over the month that we were looking for properties and she was very proactive in helping us secure one that we loved! Thanks to Natalia and all at Evans!

We have just sold a property through Evans & Company and we found them to be very professional with dedicated staff. I spoke to a few staff members and it genuinely came across as a company-wide work ethos. Our agent, Natalia, is a superstar! She was almost always available or made sure to contact us back promptly if we had any queries. She was focused, committed to getting our property sold and willing to help in way we needed, as well as being very easy to talk to. What is often a difficult and stressful experience, was made so much easier by Natalia and the staff at Evans & Co. Highly recommended.
