Evans and Company Ealing reviews

What a lying, unprofessional & time wasting agency. I dealt with Jason who kept lying to me, they accepted my offer and was talking to them for a month inquiring about the progress of the house purchase, one time he is not in the office another time in holiday ... after insisting on talking to him and getting an answer, he told me that he was waiting for a confirmation from the landlord to start the process. Thenn2 hours later, he called me and said that the landlord accepted a higher offer through a another estate agency (absolute lie). They never put the house under offer. I asked my wife to call from a different number, and they told her the house is under offer. They knew that we had to move out before my baby's due date. Please don't approach this agency

Great service! We picked Evans & Company after meeting Jason. Jason didn't feel like a typical estate agent, he felt like he would talk to us honestly and truthfully about the process, and that's exactly what he did. I felt like I had a great report with Jason and though we had a difficult sale due to some unfortunate circumstances. Jason was always available to speak to, and worked very hard to get to the bottom of the issues and ultimately got them solved. Joanna was extremely professional and very quick to get any answers we needed. Would highly recommend Evans and their service.

Very pleased with my experience of working with Evans and Company in my property search - Natalia Georgis has been very good to engage with - helping find the right property has become less stressful. I hope to land something that works for us soon - they have a good mix of properties on the market, sensibly priced. Would recommend them as a agency.

Extremely pleased to have made a sale & move homes with Evans & company. A big thanks to Joanna & Jason, he handled our case very prompt, & professional. Jason went both above & beyond professionalism to expedite the process of selling our house. During the whole process, all was managed personally & efficiently even a few setbacks couldn’t get in the way. Jason personally made sure all necessary measures were taken by all parties through the chain in order to successfully manage our timescale, to manage moving out of London & our 4 yr old son starting 1st school in September. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent who most importantly Jason proved to be a decent human he’s been courteous, respectful, so helpful, very kind & polite towards our circumstances. Would defo guarantee Evans & co. With full trust!
