GoogleAt a very difficult time when the stamp duty rose dramatically I put the property up for sale. Under difficult circumstances Evans & Co pulled it off with experience and efficiency. Jason would always give his time and nothing was too much trouble for Natalia.

GoogleAppalling sales services by the sales agent .no sales ethics at all very rude and kept on using unprofessional language at the time of putting the offer on the property. Good luck to all those vendors listing their properties for sales with them .

GoogleThe most unprofessional company that I have ever came across. Wanted you view a property advertised for sale, left details on online chat as well as called the local branch and was told that I will receive a call the same day. Called after 4 days and was informed that an offer has been made due yo which I didn't receive a call. As a courtesy you should call your potential customers. Viewed another property with Perkins which are 100 meters away and made an offer on that property. Don't use this company as they come across as extremely unprofessional to deal with.

At no point was Joanna dishonest every call is recorded and all correspondence saved, you rented a property from our landlord, left it in shocking condition at the end of the tenancy, we negotiated an acceptable deposit contribution that you agreed to. You moved months ago and only now have you decided to leave this false review.

GoogleI have been using Evans as my letting management for a few years now. They go above and beyond, and nothing is to much trouble. I deal with both Joanna's and they are both very professional and understand my needs as a landlord. They keep me updated with any issues immediately and aim to resolve them without any fuss. I would highly recommend them to any landlords, they take away all the worries associated with being a landlord. I have also used Evans to sell a property and again it was very straight forward and must importantly they kept me up to date at all times.
