GoogleDefinitely, not your typical Estate Agents! Service provided by Jason & his team was excellent from start to finish. Jason, could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us informed, answering all questions, providing advice & assisting us to get our sale done with minimal disruption. Without any doubt whatsoever, would recommend Evans & Company.

GoogleVery very unprofessional service providers. It's our bad luck to come across such a ridiculous estate agent who doesn't take any responsibility of making a viewing and instead send someone else to do that. When turned up into the property we only find out that the property was shared but the landlord can't show the property which is within the garden. The estate agent takes no responsibility of any wrong doings and blame the property owners for everything whereas EVANS & CO are the first point of contact and they should be taking the responsibility to show the property. The keep on making excuses for their wrongdoings and don't admit their mistake. I recommend anyone to exclude this estate agent and go somewhere else if you want to be served better and be respected as a customer because the staff are very rude and don't treat you well. They don't value their customers neither they know how to do the business. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SUCH A USELESS & DISRESPECTFUL AGENCY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

With any review we always listen to what the clients have to say and ensure the situation is managed correctly. All our calls are recorded and having just listened to you conversation I am stunned you have taken the time to write a negative, unfounded review At no point was my colleague rude or unhelpful and she explained that your appointment was confirmed and we have no idea why the owner denied you access and we were as surprised as you that you had not been given access, as you know all appointments are confirmed by email and/or text and we advised you we would find out why the owner had refused you access, you are welcome to come in and listen to the call again so that you may reconsider your comments and inaccurate review.

GoogleThey took the money and agreed to let the property of two bedroom and hold the money one week . Later refused to let because of children living it’s a discrimination . Estate agent such a unprofessional . I had given the notice of my current landlord just because of them . Such a poor customer service and discrimination we are family two kids and husband wife . Such a worse estate agent not stick upon there words. Not recommended at all they give in writing and agreed to let but time waste .let it down badly utterly unprofessional staff .the manager was under rated no sense to talk and the same all letting agents . Not recommend at all this estate agent .

We are obviously disappointed you feel this way, just to be clear the Landlord decided they did not want to have children living in their property, as soon as they advised us of this we notified you and immediately offered you your deposit back. After this we continued to try and find you suitable accommodation.
