GoogleI asked Jason to attend my rental property to carry out an EPC for licensing purposes. Jason attended on time and was extremely personable and efficient. The whole process took about 90 minutes and I received my certificate within a week. Jason also provided a floor plan for the property which was extremely beneficial. Great service.

GoogleI had relocated due to work and therefore unfamiliar with the area. I had to rely on the knowledge and suggestions of local estate agents to help me find my new home. I tried a few but settled on Evans and Co. Not only do they know the area well but they listened to all of my requirements and were able to suggest properties that matched them. I’ve found my perfect home through them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleReally poor service, rude and unprofessional, and when you complain to the management they say we do not really care about you and feel free not to get back to us again, I do not think this is the estate agent you are looking for. Avoid!!!

We are really disappointed you feel this way, all our calls are recorded and having reviewed your call it would seem you are unhappy we did not reply to an email you sent yesterday, the staff member you emailed is on annual leave and as we explained is back Monday, the service you require we do not offer, we will always do our best to help a client and I am sorry we could not be of assistance this time.

GoogleFirst time I have sold a house andd completed today. It went very smoothly, Evans & Co are very professional and friendly, quietly got on with things and kept me up to date with progress. I've found some agents are very pushy, and often unrealistic with initial asking prices just to get your business, but I'm glad I chose Evans & Co who were very helpful and efficient; the sale went through relatively quickly and without complications. Recommended.
