Absolutely shocking experience. Zero support for a young student living alone for the first time. We were given the wrong postcode on the contracts so we have been going round in circles trying to set up utilities and no support to do this from loc8me. We've requested an inventory but we have not been given anything as yet!Totally disgusted I have never experienced anything like this from a service provider.

Why isn't there an option for ZERO stars!? Please, please, DO NOT waste your time and compromise your mental health with this 2 bit shoddy company. We've been nothing but tormented from the day we moved in. Appalling property management with countless failures on their behalf. Given conflicting information throughout our tenancy, they couldnt even get their stories straight. To top it all we've now been left without heating at the coldest time of the year! Thanks Loc8me Leeds! Never, never, again!
