I would not recommend this landlord or organisation based on my experience. When we moved in, the property was not prepared as promised, and many serious issues required attention immediately. Despite raising these concerns, the landlord did not respond to complaints or engage in any meaningful dialogue to resolve them. Additionally, outstanding bills from before our tenancy had not been cleared, which caused further complications and debt collectors.
Communication was poor throughout, and key assurances made to us were not followed through. Based on this, I would not buy or rent a property from this organisation, as I found their approach unprofessional, unreliable and unethical.

I would never buy a house again from this estate agent ! From complete lies in the process to even finding out from the seller the same poor experience! It has been shambolic… it has been on occasions intrusive …a key point is use Darlington branch but the sale is supervised by Durham .. staff quoted “we aren’t trusted”
Best of luck to sellers and buyers mine took 7 months and felt I need to placate to ensure it was successful … very stressful indeed !

It brought to mind the old Monty Python sketch “do you want the 15 minute argument or the full half hour”Honestly trying to book a simple viewing in Crawleyside turned into major argument as I apparently told her the wrong time and God forbid she’d have to actually do something like rearrange a viewing. Either she’s having a bad day or there’s a policy of trying once only in that office and sod you if you screw up 😂
