GoogleIt's been three months since my tenancy ended and still no deposit back. They made one attempt to charge what I would call ludicrous sums for cleaning and gardening - I made a counter offer - I've heard nothing for a MONTH. Avoid.

GoogleI'm a landlord with Reeds Rains and since October 2018 its been back and forth with multiple people to try get my property let since the tenant was evicted. Twice they've returned funds for property cleaning and still no progress to start marketing it and its now June 2019. Time to find a professional agency, clearly they need to management.

GoogleIf you are looking for rental property put them last option.. otherwise you will be insulted too much. Fake photos in RightMove as well Zoopla … I went for viewing,, everything was different from the photos Moreover , I just requested ( employee name was Sara) a help to charge my phone until will finish the discussion she refused..with rude response.

We were very lucky to sell our house straightaway - but this wouldn't have happened without Reeds Rains getting everything right - the description, photos, price and so on. They were also a very reassuring and knowledgeable presence through the whole process between selling and moving. Would recommend, without hesitation.
