GoogleSimilar to others, there is a poor level of communication with calls not returned and maintenance issues ignored - even broken radiators in winter! Also, they faked my signature on our check-in form, of course there is "no evidence" for this, other than the fact it is not my signature! Being in communication with our landlord it appears that they have had a similar experience too.

GoogleWe worked with Reeds Rains both as landlords and sellers. They are very professional, and are always at the end of the phone to discuss any queries/concerns. We didn't get the price we were looking for on our house, but I think that is more to do with the housing market in Durham. Staff were proactive and sympathetic every step of the way.

GoogleI recently used Reeds Rains to tenant my property and they are fantastic, very professional and gave me an executive service like no other. Would certainly recommend them. My lesson with previous agents is don't go with the cheapest fees as i did previously, the customer service usually reflects the price and it was shockingly bad.
