I have viewed few properties with them, first time the guy was late by 15 minutes which was annoying since I was there early and I had to travel a long way. In general the people who are showing the house have no much clues about what exactly the house has to give, loft? no idea, stuff working in the house? neither. Once the guy didnt even know what was the listing price on the property and asked me to see my paper to check over, arent they supposed to come prepared? Once I did get an offer in, the managment was not really happy with my mortgage in princpile and insisted to have a credit check, I kept asking to dont do any checks so I wouldnt be penalised for later but they did it anyway! Even if I asked not to. Once my offered was approved, they tried so hard to hook me up to their solicitor and even shared my detailed with them and I had a call! What a great way to share confidential information.... During the few weeks of solicitor discussion, they kept nudging me and my solicitor ( without me knowing ), even asked me when the survey was done when they confirmed me the date and they knew when it happened! Like do I need to explain you how to do your job?! The only thing they should have care after my solicitor started the process, is to wait until all the paper work was done and ge ttheir cut, dont keep calling me in the middle of my working time, email me and email my solicitor. Just wasnt fun on my side. It might have been good for them because they want their cut of money but there is a limit about keeping distance and they know how much it takes to get all the paper work togheter.

Having used Jason and his team to purchase my mums property, I found it assuring to use them to sell it as well. They are polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable at what they do. I really have to gush about Alexander & Co. My husband and I have been looking for a property to rent. We had been contacting Estate Agents for a while re properties, in general most of them would agree an appointment date to view a property and then not even tell you that it had been rented out until my husband was on his way to the property, a lot also never called you back. However, Alexander & Co I just cannot fault them, the service was A Class. If you called and you were not in, your contact would call you back, if an email was sent they responded promptly and also the referencing process and waiting to hear was just simply amazing. Also I have to add that Connor was our Agent and he was so professional but yet very warm. Connor always either called us back or responded to emails so quickly! We are so happy that we found Alexander and Co!!!!

Useless. Non-responsive. Don't action when notified when vacating a rental. Try and keep deposit because their systems do not work. Insinuate it's the tenants fault. I have constantly needed to chase. Do not recommend!
