GoogleOne of the worst estate agents out there. Sold me a property clearly sold as 'Freehold'. Only once I was around £2.5k in with fee's, solicitor costs, searches and surveys did i then get told it was actually a share of freehold properly. and came with extra costs. Way past the date to pull out and was to invested in (turns out they held this vital info back deliberately)..... When you talk to them they just try and wriggle out - to this day didnt get a formal apology. Wouldn't buy a house through them again - ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!
The property is `Freehold` as described and shown. You had the copy of the title plan with the sales memorandum at the outset of the purchase(before any costs incurred). The sales progression team explained to you about the grounds charge as the property is a cluster home. At the point of exchange you tried to renegotiate the purchase price which the owner declined. You decided to exchange. The team here never put any pressure on you to proceed with the purchase and you could have withdrawn at any point. If you would like to discuss this further then please give the office a call.

GoogleMy wife and I have just purchased our property through Alexander & Co Dunstable Estate Agents who were very professional and we have nothing but praise for them . Gary & Lauren I was mostly dealing with, they were polite, courteous , personable and someone who were easy to talk to . What we particularly liked was they always went an extra mile and Gary took a lot of initiative if there was any delay from the solicitor for chasing them. Would definitely use them again if the need in future. Excellent well done and Thank You.

GoogleScam client holding deposit and never responded. Everything said its fine before you pay your holding deposit. After you paid they will say third party decline your application then keep your deposit. No matter how you ask they only say transfer your case to manager then no respond for months. Bad quality agent not recommended

GoogleThese agents rent properties knowingly to drug dealers that grow drugs. They don’t evict them even after endless reports from neighbours. If you’re going to rent your property through them think twice. There’s plenty of law abiding rental agents to choose from. Choose carefully if you want your property back in one piece. No stars if I had the option.

TrustpilotRude, arrogant and obnoxious lettings team - avoid!!
I have called the Aylesbury lettings team 3 teams over the last 6 months to enquire about properties for rent. Possibly the most obnoxious and rude people I've every spoken to. Talk to you like you are the dirt from the bottom of their shoe. Not sure if it's always the same girl but they really do need to learn what "customer service" means. Their landlords may be their clients, but tenants pay their wages!
