The sale of the property was not particularly straightforward for various reasons but Julia advised on the best course of action, handling all necessary liaison, thus making the whole process stress-free for us. Amazing agency! Firstly, contacting them was easy, as they regularly pick the phone and reply to emails. There is also a great communication between the team, as it did not matter who picked the phone, everyone quickly knew who we were and helped us. The process was quick and efficient, all of our questions where answered and we received support from the entire team in every step, and they really tried to make things smooth for us, so we could move in easily. Special mention to Connor, whose job was absolutely outstanding. Firstly he showed us the house with grace and a pinch of humor, which made the visit fun. He let us see the house without making us feel pressured with time and also answered all questions. Secondly, his follow up work was the best one we have ever received from an agency. He helped us all the way, and even when things didnt go as we planned, he sticked for us, trying to find new options. Finally, when the right opportunity came, he was quick and sharp and helped us to get our dream home, and all of that just before going on his HP! We could not have done it without him, and honestly, we felt like he treated us like family. Muchísimas gracias! Eres el mejor! Our general experience with Alexander & Co was excellent. The team was always approachable and friendly, and their service was great from check-in to repair follow-ups to check-out. The only significant issue we faced was a frustrating delay with our deposit and final corrections. The delay was due to our account manager being on holiday, and it seemed no one else was willing to take ownership of the issue. We can't thank Anne Lescalier enough for stepping in. Once she returned, she immediately resolved everything for us. Her professionalism and quick action saved the day and prevented what could have been a very negative experience. I wish her the best.

Julia Wheatley at Alexander & Co was recommended to me by my good friend of almost 50 years, who himself, used to run an Estate Agents locally. Julia and the team have been a great help with the difficult sale of my mother's house since being forced into long term care. I thought that using my Lasting Power of Attorney would be an extra obstacle but the process was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with advice given to the best way for me to present the house ready for viewings. No sooner was the house advertised than the viewings flooded in and within approx 2 months i accepted an offer which exchanged and completed simultaneously yesterday. This was less than 3 months since my first communication. Will try to keep your deposit for no reason - be careful!

Tried to keep a third of deposit on a rental property returned to them in immaculate condition. Went through a lengthy adjudication process just to get the full amount returned to us. Tenants, be wary of these crooks, they will try to keep your deposit at any length. Amongst the things they tried to claim for were ‘water marks on the sink’, and the fact the weeds were about 30cm taller than when we moved in. Awful, unprofessional and rude service. Delayed the rightful return of our deposit by about 3 months
