If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful, unprofessional treatment from staff, and no care for their tenants.

We would like to rate this Alexander Co. Dunstable brunch with a 5 stars . We would like to mention that our property purchase wasn’t easy at all due to the solicitors working on our Convention .... but in the end all went down OK! 🙏🏻 Many Thanks for Gary and Mark and for all staff who helped and support us during the process. Many Thanks

Brackley Sales - DON'T TRUST THE MARKETING

My case is in the process of going through the Property Ombudsman after spending £1.5k on a property which was marketed and sold with no-onward chain, yet after paying ALL of my fees for conveyancing, survey, mortgage and searches, Alexander and Co tell me that I was in a chain. Given we were reliant on the property having no onward chain and having a 7 month pregnant partner with no home, I find it utterly disgraceful to be treated this way when they had suspicions about the vendor from the start! Do not base your purchase decisions and spend money on what they stated have on their marketing!

Julia, Gary, Lauren and all of the staff at Alexander & Co, are simply amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone, they kept us fully updated throughout the process. They all went above and beyond, to make everything run smoothly - at what could’ve been a stressful time. I cannot praise them enough.

We are very pleased with the help given to us with the purchase of 23 Ennerdale AVE. Julia took us to the property to begin with and was always ready to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Julia to anyone who are looking to buy property.

Julia was great in helping us find our first home, and even came out on her day off to give us a second viewing. She supported us with putting our offers in and advised us on the process, and kept us in the loop the whole way. Highly recommend!

Have nothing but praise for this estate agent. supportive and helpful with all problems I have had renting. during my time renting a property there were multiple issues and Alexander & Co were always on hand to support and help within the hour. when it came time to leave, an agent was on hand to support with the finalisation of the inventory and details to ensure everything went smoothly with getting my deposit back. I felt supported and looked after the entire time I was in the property. I would 100% use this estate agent again. Highly Recommended.

The Estate Agents are all lovely there. Very attentive and answered any questions I had even if they were small silly ones (I’ve never rented before so I didn’t know what I was doing)! The agent that dealt with me most was Janice, she is so lovely and understanding and took me through everything I needed to know. Our process happened so quickly but she was there to help all the way and even managed to change our move in date to a Saturday to help me even more. I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone who’s looking for a property. Thankyou so much for all your help! We love it here!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Connor has been very helpful with my endeavour for searching for the right place. He was able to answer any query that I had and if not, he got back to me with the answer. Alexander & Co has made my move and tenancy quite easy for me.

KEEP OUT!!! Do not buy a house or let anything from this agency. Unprofessional staff, very inexperienced and rude. Even more, property landlords, keep away from this agency. They will only tell you things and do staff for their own benefit and screw you over.

Alexander and Co have been managing my Dunstable let property for over 5 years now and have done so professionally and efficiently from day one. They are quick to respond to any issues or queries and have always kept me in the loop. On the odd occasion where there has been a problem, I know that I can trust and rely on them to resolve it quickly and fairly with very little involvement from myself. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have started the collaboration with Alexander & Co in 2020 with the purpose of buying a house. They have been very friendly and provided excellent services. Throughout the process, I always felt that I could rely on them and they made me feel free to call any time to ask for more information. They were very informative regarding the property and really tried their best to meet the needs of the customers. I had a very positive experience with them and I would highly recommend them, not only for purchases but also for sales and rentals.PositiveProfessionalism

I was a pleasure for me to meet Alexander property over a year ago. Rent home was a great pleasure to work with me. I didn't have to worry about anything. After reporting the any failure, the next day someone knocked on my door and repair any damaged. Contact by phone or e-mail was full professional and very polite. They do not have a helpline, they only pick up the phone and forward to the right person, which makes you feel important. For respond the email I wait not more couple minutes. I highly recommend this company, working with them was pure pleasure.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Liz has managed my properties for some time and I would highly recommend Liz who has many years of experience in the rental market. Liz also takes time to understand your personal circumstances and your goals which is key to maintain a good Landlord/ Agent relationship.
