GoogleVery poor experience and respect for the tenants, taking advantage of tenants and deposits to carry out the house improvements and fixings due to age and normal use of property in order to rent them again. Doing all the works and presenting the bills at the end without even giving the tenants the chance of search/get a cheaper price. 0 respect for the tenants.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi Angela we hope that after the deposit process and discussions with the landlord have drawn to a close that you are more satisfied with the outcome. There is no advantage to the agency in respect of deposit disputes, but it is the mediation process we have to adhere to once the tenancy ends. We wish you well in your new home.

GoogleHad a good experience with this company. Lara especially helped me with getting the house I wanted and when it fell through she helped look for similar places. Communication was good and the team was almost always available during the times I had questions. GoogleI would like to mention Triston, in the lettings department, who did an amazing job at the viewing the flat. I have recently rented a property with this agency and I have nothing bad to say. Everyone is helpful, polite, and it is a pleasure doing business with them. They are very open about their procedures concerning deposit and the like. This agency is very professional and I would highly recommend considering them when letting.

GoogleAlexander and Co were fantastic, really hard to fault. Despite 2 chains falling through they never dropped a level of service at all and were quick to try and get my property resold. I also found them to be far more professional than the agents in the other chains and having a dedicated team to support the sale through to completion made the whole process much easier. Couldn’t recommend enough, whether you speak to Lauren, Rhys, Gary or Jason - you’ll be in safe hands

GoogleBy far, the best letting agents I've met! Even from the beginning, when I received an email from Connor McQuillan, saying that they have a new property to let, that was just added online. Or the time when Denisa Modru, showed us the property. And that seeing that me and my wife really liked it. She promised that would put a good word to the Landlord. And also, Regan Crawford who helped us with every other thing that needed to add to the documents. Thank you!

GoogleEstate agents do NOT deserve the negative press they often get. I had a fantastic experience with this company in purchasing my home as a FTB at the ripe old age of 41yrs! I’ve No hesitation in awarding the A & Co team 5*. Superb customer service from Gary and Lauren. Had it not been for their professionalism and tenacious approach handling my complex leasehold property purchase my somewhat sloppy solicitor could easily have cost me my lifetime dream of homeownership! They were honest, respectful and diligent from the start i.e booking my initial viewing appointment right through to completion. They went above and beyond in understanding the customer (even though I wasn’t their direct client as the Buyer) I felt the level of care taken and support offered demonstrated they really understood what was needed, as a FTB the buying experience can be stressful and overwhelming! I must also commend this company for the pictures on their property ads; pictures aren’t doctored to appear bigger or wider than they are (a lot of your competitors really could learn from you in this area!! It was a lovely surprise to be presented with a nice box of goodies and a card when I had merely gone into the office to collect keys to my new home on the day of completion😀 What a nice touch that was, hadn’t expected that level of top notch customer service. Keep up the good work. I certainly will be turning to you when I come to sell to move up the ladder in a few years. Wishing you great success for 2023 and beyond. GoogleSelling your house and buying a new one isn't something you do every day, so the process can feel quite daunting. From the valuation of our house, through to the sale, Alexander & Co were superb. As soon as our house was listed we had multiple viewers and offers the same day. Alexander & Co concluded everything very quickly and were always on hand to advise. Searching for a new house was very difficult in the current market, and if it wasn't for the excellent understanding that Julia had of our requirements, we never would have found one! Fortunately for us we also purchased via Alexander & Co and the process was seamless. The team in the office, who see you to completion (Lauren and Gary) were also excellent. Constant communication and updates throughout; I was confident they were constantly checking behind the scenes to make sure it was moving along. Thank you Alexander & Co, I would not hesitate to recommend.
