GoogleIt’s a shame this doesn’t allow you to give 10 stars , being a 1st time buyer I was a bit nervous but the team at Alexandra and co are great.
I had my 1st initial viewing with Rhys alone which went really well he didn’t rush me to to put in a offer ,he aloud me to view and ask questions and use the whole time slot allocated .. After my second viewing with Rhys again which I did with my family , my offer was accepted and confirmed by email.
During the process I was in regular contact with Jason and this was key as it showed me they took my offer seriously and my search for other houses (just incase) stopped instantly.
Between my offer bring accepted and completion I had a lot of contact with Lauren and Gary , they where great they talked me through every stage and where always enthusiastic and willing to help whenever I called (which was a lot ). The whole team were friendly ,helpful and just displayed great costumer service throughout.
I finally got the keys on Monday …Thank you guys 🥳

GoogleI bought a house recently through Alexander & Co. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, they were absolutely fantastic! Rhys did the viewing and I liaised with Lauren and Gary for the rest of the process. Cannot fault them at all, really professional and helpful. I also used surveyors (Harkin Associates) and solicitors (Simply Conveyancing) recommended by them who were also brilliant.
As a first time buyer it was really helpful to have Alexander & Co help me. They checked in with me regularly and chased things up when needed.

This company withheld vital information about a house sale which meant we lost money and time in a completely avoidable situation, had they just been honest. We not only spent solicitor/search fees but we also completed on our house sale, moving into temporary accomodation with our two young children on the promise that everything was progressing exactly as it should be. Unbeknown to us, the house had been sold twice before, with the most recent purchasers waiting for an entire year before being left with no choice but to pull out, because the gentleman still residing at the property had absolutely no intention of leaving (it was a sale due to divorce). We lost 5 months of time, lost £££, and had so much hassle due to their dishonesty!!
