I would like to give our thanks to Denisa Modrus and Regan Crawford and the team for the fabulous job they did. Denisa was really helpful and assisted us throughout our journey for finding the perfect place for us. She was very quick in responding all our queries. Regan also did a fantastic job when dealing with the references. The process went very smooth and in timely manner. Thanks to them we were able to manage everything without a hassle. Everything was so organised and most importantly conducted everything in very professional way. I would highly recommend them and looking forward to work with them in future as well.

Alexander & Co have been brilliant and we couldn’t recommend or thank them enough. From initial contact with Connor McQuillan, we were supported with viewings to find the perfect home. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help make the viewings easy and manageable. Then Regan Crawford has been exceptional with all our paperwork and sorting the checks out. These were done easily, quickly and with a great amount of communication so we weren’t anxiously waiting for ages. And since being offered our property Liz Sampson has also been fantastic. She’s checked over our property and we’ve moved into a clean, well kept and gorgeous new home. We look forward to working with her as our property manager as she’s already been so friendly and helpful. Property searching has been stressful; Alexander & Co have reduced this stress significantly and my partner and I have not come across such a fantastic letting company/estate agent before. They’re responsive, friendly and everyone has been attentive and known exactly what stage we’ve been at with our property search. We have even been offered a free service to manage all our bills together which is just such a relief and saved so much time and stress. Could not recommend Alexander & Co enough!!

Ive been supporting a friend who was in hospital for a while after having a stroke, now we have managed to get him the care he needs we want to give the house up, which seems to be a problem, this company doesnt have any compassion for vulnerable people and squeeze as much money out of little he has, never been so disgusted with a company. Stay far away and well clear, words cant explain!

As a building manager in a prime London location, I understand how hectic a property manager’s day can be. I want to extend my gratitude to Anne at A&Co for being our property manager while we rented a flat in Toddington through them. She always approached our queries with professionalism and provided assistance with multiple updates when things were complicated. Our renting days have now ended as we've moved onto the property ladder, but I want to wish A&Co all the best. They are highly professional, and their software and system for logging complaints and managing properties is impressively efficient. I did not expect such service for a location outside of London, yet they went above and beyond in taking care of their tenants and ensuring the properties they manage are well looked after. Highly recommend them!

I have been letting my property for six years during which time the managing company has changed three times but thankfully the core staff have remained meaning that I have received good continuity of service especially from Donna Magill. Any issues raised by tenants are dealt with speedily and I am kept informed at all times of any works required and costs, etc.They are always happy to get more quotes if I feel that costs for jobs are too high and never make me feel that I am being a skinflint 😁 Communication to me is very important and I am very happy with the customer service that I receive from Alexander & Co especially Anne Lescalier. If you are looking to rent a property in the area I would definitely recommend this company.

Unfortunately the property was not safe to live in and we found ourselves at a loose end with nowhere to live. Alexander and Co help us through every step of the way to letting out our first ever property. I called up for a Valuation at the end of March 2022 and that day one of the team was at my property. Stuart has been amazing… he advised us of what we needed to do to the property before letting it out. We were very naive but followed Stuart’s advice and after all works were carried out at the property it is successfully rented out by the middle of August 2022 (we did gut the place so took us a bit of time). I inherited Alexander & Co as a property manager when they took over the letting agents managing my rental property. I was with them for over a year before taking back the property to self-manage. Overall, my impression for the agent is positive. They had an online portal where tenants can report issues they are having. As a landlord I would receive notification to login and read about the issues and select options on how to proceed. In theory this was quite useful however it was somewhat unreliable at times. There were multiple times where I had selected the agent to proceed in having the issue fixed with their contractors. A couple of weeks later some of these issues still had not been rectified. Not sure if this was a glitch in the system as there were others times where it worked quite well. However, this particular time it delayed the tenant receiving help. I found the property management team upfront and honest although there were instances where they tried to charge for unnecessary things. It is worth noting that this can unfortunately be a common occurrence in the letting industry. However, Anne Lescalier who was my go-to person was always very helpful and reliable. She walked me through the process of taking back the property to self-manage and exactly when to give them my notice to avoid charges. She was always very friendly to talk too and always was eager to help. Overall, I would recommend this letting agent to others who are looking for a reliable service within the area.

As a first time renter i was really skeptical and nervous about the whole process as i didn't know how anything works. I had my viewing with Connor who was punctual, informative, professional and really polite. I put forward my offer and once it was accepted Denisa and Regan supported me through the whole application process and answered any concerns i had. I was able to meet the team who are quite lovely, helpful and are readily available whenever i need them.
