GoogleRecently purchased a house through Corrigall Black. Never have I had such a painless and quick house buying experience. The estate agent (Mike McKenna) has been professional, knowledgeable, personable and entirely helpful throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and checking in daily. The seller was using the Corrigall Black conveyancing solicitor, and there were no delays or issues in correspondence between the two solicitors, further streamlining the sale/purchase. I have no plans to move again, but if I did, CB would be my first port of call.

GoogleOne of the best decisions we ever made was to sell our house through Corrigal Black estate Agency. Mike McKenna was always available with advice and information and always replied promptly to phone messages promptly, or visited us when he said he would. Our house went on the market on a Friday evening and unfortunately we had to travel to a family funeral in the outer Hebrides from Monday to Friday of the following week, meaning we would be away from home for the first week it was on the market, but Mike took it all in his stride. He took viewers to visit the house that week and carried out a number of virtual tours on our behalf. He phoned us every night to keep us up to date and on Wednesday evening he suggested that we go to sealed bids with a closing date at the start of the following week.He carried out due diligence on each bidder and advised us accordingly. 6 weeks to the day after the offer was accepted we moved out. We also had our conveyancing done by the Solicitor arm of the business, including the purchase of our new property which earned us a good discount on our conveyancing fees. We found that the whole organisation was very professional, helpful and good value and cannot recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
