GoogleMike at Corrigall Black is friendly & professional. He went the extra mile to help us sell our property and make it as stress free as possible. He always responded to messages quickly and he was there when we needed any guidance. We would highly recommend him if you are selling a property or looking to buy. The legal services at Corrigall Black were not very helpful and did not respond quickly to our messages. They made mistakes with the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new house. I would recommend Corrigall Black as Estate Agents but not as Solicitors.

It wasn't easy considering the technical aspects and the surveys that needed navigating. But he took control and made it as smooth as it could have been . Mike couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and reassuring, responding promptly to calls and e-mails and giving me incredible support.throughout the process, in spite of the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 restrictions. GoogleWhile you can choose an estate agent to sell your property, you are dependent on the choice of the seller when you buy. From beginning to end, however, I was very satisfied with the professional yet approachable service provided by Corrigall Black. The estate agent, Michael, helped me through every step of the process. He arrived for viewings exactly at the arranged times, and all communications were returned promptly. As a newcomer to Dunoon, I also appreciated his knowledge of the area. I may not have chosen this estate agent to buy my apartment, but I would definitely happily engage them if I were required to sell it. Thanks, Michael, for making a difficult task as relaxed as possible -especially during a pandemic. Much appreciated!

A special mention about their agent Mike, who was very helpful snd attentive. Every query whether by phone or email was answered within a few hours (which included evenings and weekends). Even once the purchase was secured he has still been helpful with a few questions and concerns.
