I've been searching for the right place for a couple of years and in the process have had dealings with all the agents in Argyll & Bute and Mike and the team have been by far the most friendley, helpful, responsive and professional, taking time to understand my needs, arranging virtual viewings at short notice and promptly responding to any questions and queries.. in the end it only took a month from offer to entry.. so if you are a seller or buyer I would highly recommend Mike and the team..

Had Lorenzo Conveyancer when we purchased our property. Only later we found out that he did not include the solar panels in the contract of sale which meant that we cannot change ownership, as we are legally not the owners and cannot claim a solar rebate. We have been chasing them since 2 months to issue a letter and received no reply. Would not recommend.

What a pleasure to deal with this company. I first met Mike when viewing a property and from that meeting there was no doubt that he would be the one I would put my trust into to sell my property.
